Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Housekeeping dropped the ball on my first stay only partially making up my suite, however, the next day was a proper clean. Had issues with charges to the room both times, but was sorted with no issues. Really enjoyed my stay. My home away from home. Thanks for the treats and wine. I would love to see some rose included as gift one day as I don't drink white. Such a lovely view from the rooms and the rooftop is a great place to relax and watch the sunset.

We spent three nights here in March 2024 for our 1 year Wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room on arrival and on the second day, we came back to the room to find a plate of desserts and a happy anniversary note on it! Amazing service, thank you all :) The location is great, a short walk from Museum station, and a 7/11 convenience store is directly downstairs just in case. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful. It would have been even better if there were a couple of chairs on the balcony. We always enjoy our stay here, thank you again to all of the staff for making our getaway amazing :) Also, it was great that we could do express checkout, but we were not aware of this at first. We lined up for a few minutes to checkout, then another guest mentioned it, then an employee told us we could do it too, just drop the card in the box. I did get an email to explaining we could express check-out, but it came 7 minutes after the checkout time of 11am, so would have been even better if that email came earlier that morning, or the night before :)

Our recent stay at the Hyde park hotel was unfortunately marred by several issues that significantly impacted our experience. While the overall ambiance and service were satisfactory, there were notable shortcomings that need to be addressed by the management. Firstly, we encountered issues with the electrical power points in our room. Several of them were faulty, making it challenging to charge our electronic devices and use other electrical appliances. This inconvenience was quite frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. All our issues were raised at the reception. Furthermore, the bath switcher in our room was broken, which made it difficult to fill the bath and switch between the bath and shower functions. This maintenance issue should have been addressed prior to our arrival to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for guests. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the air conditioning system in the gym was not functioning. This made it uncomfortable to exercise in the facility, particularly during warmer weather. Adequate climate control is essential for creating a conducive environment for guests to work out effectively. Overall, while Hyde Park hotel has potential and offers some positive aspects, such as its ambiance and service, the issues we encountered during our stay were notable and detracted from our overall satisfaction. We hope that the management will take proactive steps to address these issues promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

Clean, well-maintained hotel, friendly staff and great location for pleasure travel. Rooms are generously-sized and mattress is comfortable. Pool on the roof is cool, but bring sunscreen during the day. The view at night is stunning. On the downside, walls are paper-thin... Especially in the bathrooms. Tub stoppers are removed so you can only take showers. Room thermostat seems to be disabled or malfunctioning. And the elevators are inadequate leading to frustrating long waits

Lovely room, unfortunately had to unload all my bags (for two people) myself while I was watched from reception. The rooms are okay, though there is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom - small sink space and no shelves or drawers below. Ordered room service late at night and it was the worst 'margarita' pizza I've ever eaten. Not a terrible hotel - just nothing outstanding about it.
