2 night business stay was very comfortable. The recreation of the interior of an historic woolstore into a character -filled hotel is very well done. All staff are welcoming, accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. The dinners were wonderful, and the breakfast options were perfect. The standard room was well appointed, and the provision of complimentary snacks was very appreciated!

Tiny room without great view BUT fabulous service, and the comfiest bed! We flew in for dinner & a show for my husband's birthday and the hotel graced us with birthday treats & a late check out. Not too much traffic noise. Windows actually opened. Breakfast was downstairs and the food & coffee was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. We felt very cared for by the staff. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely come here again when next in Sydney.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Woolstore 1888 and would like to highlight some of the wonderful aspects of this property. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. Their hospitality added a lot to my overall experience. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The air conditioning control in my room was not functioning properly, and I had to rely on staff assistance every time I wanted to turn it on or off. While the staff were prompt and accommodating in handling this, it is not something I expect from a hotel, and it did affect my convenience. As for the food, I would rate it above average, but there is certainly room for improvement to elevate it to the level of excellence. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic staff and service. With a few adjustments, such as addressing the air conditioning issues and refining the dining experience, this hotel could become an even better choice for travellers.

Hotel is nice, we really liked the style and the decor however the room was not very comfortable. Quite stuffy and the air con didn't work very well - even on the highest setting. Pillows were also very uncomfortable and in dire need of replacing. Good coffee and food down in the bistro. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay, both of which were quite delicious.

Awesome little hotel right next to Darling Harbor. Shower pressure is perfect, beds are comfy, and staff service was excellent. Cameron provided a very warm welcome and was very knowledgeable about the local area. Will definitely stay here on my next Sydney trip!
