Too disappointing, it wasn't the best experience, and I couldn't understand the boat captain what he was thinking, seriously? (We came all this way for this? Seriously? Common sense, please) I would have preferred to have gotten to the Opera House early (free spot) and gotten the best experience. It's not worth it, it's overpriced. Aren't we supposed to pay for this tour to see the opera house and the Harbor Bridge? to see fireworks can be seen from anywhere else. I don't recommend it at all!!!!! Don’t waste your money.

Le Bleu is a unique pontoon boat that looks larger than the pictures shown online and has spacious interior making it easy to move around people dancing/standing around the bar and ample seating despite a large event crowd. However all seats are wooden benches. Other positives - Clean and well maintained even the bathrooms were quite nice. - Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. - Fabulous fellow passengers and great atmosphere onboard during Haans Bday Bash event - Similar to Seadeck the vessel is mostly open to the outside elements which allows for a cool breeze however it can get quite cold at night and warm on hot days. - Bar on upper deck as well making it drinks accessible without having to go downstairs. Upstairs bar was much quieter as well. - Music was played at an acceptable volume, not too loud not too quiet. Unfortunately I had to knock off a few stars due to safety concerns including - Zero safety information at start including location of lifejackets - No markings of life jacket storage locker. - Very slippery floor especially when a drink gets spilt or water gets onto wooden deck.

We experienced overwhelming disappointment choosing the Le Blue boat to witness the fireworks in Sydney. Despite expressing our concerns to the captain and the owner about the boat's inadequate location, there were no improvements. We were far from the optimal point to appreciate the show, ruining the experience. The captain's attitude was unpleasant, ignoring our requests and displaying a complete lack of professionalism. We lost both financially and in enjoyment, and I would strongly discourage this service to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

Bad services, the view was very far in the boat, the capitan staied the boat behing Island and very far. After first firework at 9pm, the people were uncomfortable and we told to the capitan that for the next firework staid in a better spot. The capitan againg staid in bad spot behaing island and very far and we were uncomfortable and we told againg with him and he answered as very rude and closed the door. I don't recoment this services

Our New Year's Eve cruise turned out to be a disappointing experience. Despite spending a significant amount on tickets, the captain's decision to position the ship behind an island left us clueless about where to enjoy the festivities. The continuous turning around moments before midnight added to the frustration. Complaints were met with rudeness from the ship owner, and the quality of food, particularly packet potatoes, was far from satisfactory. Overall, it was the worst New Year's Eve, and I wouldn't recommend this boat for anyone seeking a positive experience.
