We had tickets to ICC on the Friday night & tickets to Hamilton on the Saturday night so this location was perfect for us. Our 1 bedroom apartment was a great size & we were happy there was a balcony. The street noise was not noticeable overnight, so we were able to sleep. The pool, spa & sauna all really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in a studio which was very clean and well maintained, however the room was smaller than the photos indicated. Not really a problem as we weren't in the room much. We did find it strange that even though the studio had a small kitchen with a hotplate there was absolutely no cooking equipment. We were on a low floor but the room was very quiet we did not hear any outside noise at all. Unfortunately we did not have a view from our balcony as the surrounding walls were 2 meters high. The staff were lovely and the location was great.

Well, we stayed But there was no instructions on how to use the pod coffee machine. We had a disabled room with uneven carpets and there wasn't a second hold rail in the shower plus the floor was a little slippery. There was no cupboards under the bathroom sink. There was also a loud noise(cistern?) all day and night. The view from our kitchenette was of garbage strewn everywhere, uggh. The place needs an upgrade that's for sure. Won't be back.

Loved staying here! The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in the city, and the pool/spa/sauna/gym area was amazing. I especially loved the ceiling above the pool which had a night sky and day sky, complete with stars. The hotel was easy to get to from public transport.

Very strategic location, near shopping areas, stations, places to eat. Everything is easy to access. The room (apartment type) is very spacious, can gather guests/family. Friendly staff, free city maps provided, staff were also alert when we needed help. Thx u for staff named Ariel for the help before.
