Our stay at The Porter House Hotel Sydney was absolutely delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The boutique hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are elegantly decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complementary bottle of wine and drink vouchers being an Accor member, which we used to unwind in the trendy bar downstairs. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, it was delicious and impeccable service from our waiter on both mornings. While we found the dinner to be slightly lacking in comparison, the staff quickly rectified the situation when my meal was served cold. The quick and attentive response truly showcased the level of customer care at this hotel. Overall, our experience at The Porter House Hotel Sydney was fantastic and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to the city. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable. Very easy stay. The check-in process was pretty quick and simple. Upon arriving to the room, I could see the beds weren't going to work as they were set up, but shifting the beds was very simple. The bed height was great for me as a wheelchair user. The bathroom was also well set up for me as a wheelchair user. The staff who worked in the restaurant for the breakfast were especially friendly and helpful. And finally checking-out was also very simple and quick. Overall, it was easy and simple stay.

I had an exceptional stay at The Porter House Hotel. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Dining at Dixon and Sons was a highlight, with a diverse and delicious menu. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, with most being in a walkable distance. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Sydney!

Very good hotel. The location is in the center, everything is very close, you don't need a taxi, just walk and enjoy everything beautiful about Sydney. The customer service is wonderful, from the housekeeping to the chef with his excellent dishes. The waiters are very attentive. at all times and the dining room with its Parisian style. The room is very clean with a very comfortable bed and a very pleasant design. I really liked the tablet in the room that could do everything while sitting in bed, from turning on the TV to ordering food, turning off the lights, operating the curtains, ordering service....Thank you guys for your service. I'm sure I'll come back.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location and is close to the shops and just a short walk to the new metro. The room was clean and had good amenities. The tablet in the room gave it a modern touch and I was able to control the TV and also find information about the hotel, room service etc. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
