First time staying at the William Inglis hotel and it was a 5 star experience. Complimentary 11am checkout included which is a bonus compared to other hotels standard 10am checkout. Special thanks to the lovely male service attendant who checked us in and offered 12noon checkout at no charge when we enquired if there was a later checkout option available. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Beds and pillows super comfortable. We ordered room service and the steaks were 10/10 and perfectly cooked. One of the best steaks we have had in a while! We will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

The room was very nice, laid out and comfortable. I wandered around early in the evening to see what was there, including the restaurant. I was asked if I wanted to dine that evening; it would be wise to make a reservation. I am glad the restaurant manager suggested this, as the restaurant was bustling, which surprised me somewhat. When I had the meal, I understood why. Breakfast in the morning was very good (could use some extra signage for gluten-free items, etc).

I recently attended a high school formal dinner in the auditorium. At $120 p/h, I would have expected a 3 course meal of higher quality. A tiny bread roll as a starter, a small main of steak or chicken (no choice - you get what you get) and a small dessert. Every person I spoke to was upset about the quantity, especially given the price. My advice is if you're attending a similar function here, make sure you eat beforehand. The venue itself was OK, just the food was disappointing.

This place is absolutely amazing, I've checked out hotels for booking employees all around Sydney and this one has topped them all. The attention to detail, service, amenities and food have been the best. 100% coming here again. 100/10

Excellent restaurant with excellent service and good quality food. We had a complimentary upgrade to an excellent room with a great view of the sunset each day. Free parking out the front is a huge bonus and the hotel in general is new, high quality and in excellent condition. So enjoyed our stay there.
