Had a fantastic stay at the William Inglis Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and my entire visit smooth and enjoyable. My room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. They really paid attention to my Accor Plus Gold status, allowing me an early check in and a beautiful welcome amenities. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hotel has a unique charm with its equestrian theme, adding to the overall experience. Everything was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. A great place to stay whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Highly recommend and would definitely return especially with easy parking

We had a good week stay at the William Inglis. Being honest I’d say the rooms are a little on the smaller side, being a family of 3, couple + child you’d need at least a mini suite to not feel a little claustrophobic, which is maybe 3 steps up from the cheapest room. They have a fantastic little buffet breakfast and some pretty classy meals for lunch and dinner. Room service was pretty generous and kids meals were adequate. Unfortunately the horses were on holidays during the Christmas break so we were told to come back after mid Feb. there are plenty of stables to look at and if you’re looking for a function room, they have a few options as well. Great place for a wedding even. Oh, and The Most Manicured Gardens I’ve ever seen. Honestly, hats off to the gardener/s. Loved the outside atmosphere, plenty of secure parking, lovely foyer and entrance. The hotel also offers a nice rooftop pool area which is cosy and has a view of the racecourse. All in all we enjoyed our stay , we were even offered one night stay in the larger room so that our cot would fit more comfortably and it made all the difference. Thank you team for a wonderful stay, we look forward to our next visit and will make this our regular when visit g Sydney’s west.

I am a Wedding Planner and my couple hosted their ceremony at the William Inglis. From reception, to the events team, they have all have been so accommodating and absolutely wonderful to work with. The team made the morning flow so well. I didn't get the staff names who were serving food and drinks but they are amazing! Offering myself drinks and even fixing broken chairs before the ceremony started. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I couldn't recommend the William Inglis more.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. There were fake nails left around the room for me to pick up, hair in the bed, and—worst of all—when I reported the nails to staff, they retrieved them but left one on the table where I eat! While I appreciated the offer of compensation (a new room or breakfast), it didn’t come close to making up for such an unacceptable experience—especially given the price I paid for the stay. I expected far better standards. I won’t be staying here again unless I see significant changes in cleanliness and customer care.

Great hotel. Rooms were lovely. Staff were great and the restaurant was our highlight. The food and the service were 100%. Would definitely return when in Sydney.
