We really enjoyed having our reception with the Boat House Group at Moby Dicks. From the first moment we walked into Moby dicks it felt like we were on holiday and Kizia, the sales manager at the time was very helpful throughout the whole deciding process. In the lead up, we got to do a site visit which was very helpful to envision what styling choices we were going to decide on and also get a good visual of the venue and see the bridal suite etc. KC was so helpful with all our questions and had such a calm warm nature, which was amazing to work with. We chose to do our ceremony down at whale beach reserve which the boat house did our styling and florals, they looked absolutely beautiful! We also did the boat house bar after our ceremony down at the spot which worked really well to have a few drinks with our guests before heading off for bridal party photos. Our guests absolutely loved the food and the vibe the staff brought, they were really easy going and made us both feel really comfortable all day. It was really nice seeing the staff enjoy themselves and dance a bit behind the bar and have a laugh with our guests, we could not of asked for a better crew. We are going to recommend boat house wedding venues to all our friends and family, thank you again. Xx

Hands down the best wedding venue ever. This was the first venue we chose to check out when deciding on a wedding venue and after meeting Anna and seeing the venue we knew we didn't need to look elsewhere. Anna and Jordana are such lovely, beautiful warm people who were so amazingly kind and sweet throughout the whole planning process. Our wedding day was made perfect with every vision we had executed amazingly. The staff were so professional, friendly and attentive. The food was perfect and the venue looked stunning. What an incredible venue with a beautiful view of whale beach. The panoramic windows provide a great setting whatever the weather, ideal for a wedding. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. The food was beautiful! Especially the goats cheese, wow!!

Weird place, weird area! Only one place to eat and drink on the whole beach and it was closed on the weekend! Why?? What is it that people actually do here? There is absolutely NOTHING open and nowhere to go, apart from the beach!
