Average, dated and somewhat grubby. We went bowling as a family of 7. The staff were friendly, food average and the shared cocktail we had was quite nice. The menus and tables have that sticky, dirty kind of feel, as if they haven't been cleaned properly for a long time. The furniture is also showing it's age. There was quite a bit of rubbish laying around the area from the previous customer when we arrived. Of note, one of the staff members accidentally spilled another customers drink over the couch we were sitting on... apologized, then disappeared without returning to clean it up. This is probably one of the reasons things are a bit sticky! Overall this was a fun few hours with the family but things could be improved.

Had our Staff Christmas party yesterday🎄🎉🎅 and we all had a great time. Everything went accordingly, thanks to our event coordinator Breanna and our host on the day Niki. They are awesome in assisting and looking after us, very attentive and allocated time and attention to us in a well and professional manner. Thanks so much Kingpin and staff🫶🏻, we will be back for sure🤩👍👍

Went today on the public holiday (Darwin Show Day) - place was dirty, multiple tables used and still had stuff on it and not wiped down had been like that for hours. Food on the floor. Staff standing around just talking. No hand sanitizer anywhere.

5 Stars! I recently visited Kingpin and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gwen. She went above and beyond to make sure my group had an amazing time. From helping us choose the best package to giving us tips on the games, Gwen was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her positive energy made our experience even more enjoyable. Gwen’s dedication to customer service really stood out—she handled everything with professionalism and a smile. I would definitely recommend Kingpin, especially if you get Gwen as your host. She’s fantastic!

I attended a Christmas party held at kingpin Darwin in November and we had a wonderful night! Sasha was our host and was so accommodating and regularly checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly, the food was in plenty and absolutely delicious, I asked for the chefs name so I’d like to thank Pramod for making sure we had many delicious dinner options that night. Thanks to the whole kingpin team for making our night so enjoyable.
