Our experience during our stay was flawless. Beginning with the check-in process, the staff demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, friendliness, and politeness. The service provided was truly exceptional. The room was meticulously cleaned to exceptionally high standards and restocked daily. The hotel is situated in a superb location. BEST STEAKS I’VE EVER HAD. The hotel itself is very good, with everything you need in the room, great breakfast, good gym and pool. The restaurant is very good and the steaks are genuinely the best steaks I’ve ever had. I had 3 of the 4 on offer on 4 different nights and they’re incredible. Come here just for the steaks if nothing else.

When you wake up the morning and you're still grumpy about the service you received you know you have to let other people to beware. When we first arrived the staff behind the bar were struggling so due to the lovely assistant manager (sorry I've forgotten your name) we accepted the 18 minute wait time. After a pre dinner drink we headed to the dining room where things continued to be a disappointment. We we're seated by Marta (a name I will never forget) at 8.34pm and told we only had 5 minutes to place our food order and didn't offer to take a drink order. When our waiter arrived I ordered drinks(they took 20 minutes to arrive) I enquired why we only had 5 minutes to decide on our dinner. She was perplexed as the kitchen was open until 9pm, so at least we had a chance to peruse the menu. The food was fantastic, Thank you to the kitchen and I was starting to forgive the lack of service.....until. Marta comes to our table at 9.28pm and tells us we have 5 minutes (obviously her golden rule) to order a last drink. I inquired what time the bar closed and she said 10pm. Who calls last drinks half an hour before it closes, someone that's not paying the bills. We complied as we were the only one's in the restaurant. Then they started vaccuming around us, it's now 9.42pm. Marta was rude, unpleasant and obviously had somewhere else she needed to be on a Saturday night. When you go to have a nice dinner, once again the food was wonderful, you expect the service to match, it is the hospitality industry, however Marta perhaps you need to be reminded of this as you are seriously letting the team, the hotel and the customers down. Paid $5000 for a calander month for a room while waiting for a property settlement, and caring for my disabled mother. Treated terribly, security very lax, I will never stay at a Rydges again at any location.

Loved this hotel. Our room was huge, staff were fantastic, free parking if you're driving, good gym with plenty of equipment, breakfast buffet was a good price, pool was awesome for an afternoon dip to beat the heat. Our balcony faced west for the spectacular NT sunsets (see attached photo) Only drawbacks, you will need a car if you want to sightsee and the club next to the hotel does get loud on Friday and Saturday nights. For the price point during the dry this was great value.
