We have been to Rydges three times, first time was a birthday dinner, which turned out great. However, second and third time we logged at the accommodation which was a nightmare because the unpleasant staff that attended to us in a bed manner, it been a horrible experience with their staff service, very unprofessional and insensitive attitude towards families and guests which ended up costing me and my guests leaving without having lunch in the restaurant, after all my 24hours reservation was ruined. no apologize or remorse was given after we Complained how we’ve been treated.

Stayed for work. Location for where I needed to be was perfect. Pro's - The room was comfy and clean. The air-conditioning was cool. Great blackout curtains and no noise from outside. Loved that there was a balcony to sit on. Reception is 24/7. Loads of shops around the hotel. Carparking was easy and secure. Cons-The room service menu was a bit disappointing with its choices, especially if you're staying a few days, it's limited. The breakfast menu was on my door when I arrived, and I had breakfast on the first day. But I was never left another menu. Yes, I could have asked for one, but I shouldn't really have to.

Great hotel but not much close by except Gateway Centre. Recommend the weekend breakfast buffet

Positives: Buffet Breakfast was beautiful and room was extremely clean. Negatives: Got woken up at 3:00am by a false fire alarm, couldn’t get a good nights sleep for our whole stay due to a raging club next door, TV didn’t work even though the website advertises it’s a “smart TV”, king bed was really just two beds pushed together. Overall it’s a nice hotel but not really worth the $620 that we paid for two nights.

Girlfriends and I had the high tea @ Madame Za. What a wonderful experience. Staff were amazing and on point for service. Highly recommend for that treat.
