1 bedroom Apartment was very spacious, comfortable with all amenities and affordable enough for a weekend stay. Baring in mind it is an apartment complex so there was no regular room service or hotel style services. Reception staff were friendly and very welcoming and will accommodate all your needs upon arrival! It was in a great location, with easy access to the city centre and surrounds.

I recently stayed with The Belise whilst on my two week holiday over the Christmas and New Years break. I was impressed when I walked into my two bedroom apartment, it was clean, tidy and well maintained. On the second night we were there we suffered a power surge throughout the hotel which unfortunately tripped our oven, upon letting the reception know they allowed us to use an empty apartments oven with the option to be relocated if we so desired. We chose to do so and were relocated to another apartment where we remained for the rest of our holiday. The views were fantastic, staff were always helpful and diligent if we needed anything I.e washing powder etc. it made our trip so easy and comfortable and I will without hesitation be back when I’m in Brisbane again. Cannot fault the accommodation nor the staff.

This is our second time at Belise. It is a favourite for us. The staff and the location are exceptional! The rooms are absolutely amazing and the beds are super comfy, a bonus if you have an amazing view! We always meet lovely people people when we stay at Belise. Thank you so much, and we look forward to coming back for our 3rd time.

Belise Brisbane is hands down the only place to stay in Brisbane—we will definitely be back! We had a weekend away with friends and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The entire stay was exceptional, starting with the booking process. Sandy, was amazing, was so helpful with all our questions about parking and check-in. The staff at the front desk, especially Lisa, made us feel so special and welcome. Our apartment had incredible views of the city, and it was modern, spacious, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. We also loved the central location—right above fantastic restaurants and close to both a supermarket and bottle shop. Our only regret was not staying longer. Truly a first-class hotel!
Brock Day
Booked a 1 bedroom for 5 nights. I was charged a $400 deposit when it was only meant to be $200. Reception staff need more training and could be more friendly. Kitchen was missing basic items. I had no frying pan or chopping board. Also having the cutlery draw and utensils draw in the same cupboard as the bin was quite off-putting. No smart TV or streaming services, only basic foxtel which is all old re-runs. I had all my power points stop working on my last day. Told reception, got the answer of we have no maintenance on today, so you will have to wait for me to come help. No help for hours, so I ended up fixing the issue on my own, finding the power point that was tripping the switch. There was also no housekeeping during my stay. With the potential of added fees for how you left the room upon checkout, including if you did not take the rubbish out yourself. I would not recommend this place. I personally would not stay again. Edit** I'm also still waiting on my security deposit to return to my account. After a few phone calls and emails, I've been told Belsile can't help me cause they had done the reversal on the funds. Even though my bank hasn't received any reversal request. Been told by belise that it's my problem now. Very unhelpful reception staff
