This is our second time at Belise. It is a favourite for us. The staff and the location are exceptional! The rooms are absolutely amazing and the beds are super comfy, a bonus if you have an amazing view! We always meet lovely people people when we stay at Belise. Thank you so much, and we look forward to coming back for our 3rd time.

Belise Brisbane is hands down the only place to stay in Brisbane—we will definitely be back! We had a weekend away with friends and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The entire stay was exceptional, starting with the booking process. Sandy, was amazing, was so helpful with all our questions about parking and check-in. The staff at the front desk, especially Lisa, made us feel so special and welcome. Our apartment had incredible views of the city, and it was modern, spacious, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. We also loved the central location—right above fantastic restaurants and close to both a supermarket and bottle shop. Our only regret was not staying longer. Truly a first-class hotel!

I recently stayed with The Belise whilst on my two week holiday over the Christmas and New Years break. I was impressed when I walked into my two bedroom apartment, it was clean, tidy and well maintained. On the second night we were there we suffered a power surge throughout the hotel which unfortunately tripped our oven, upon letting the reception know they allowed us to use an empty apartments oven with the option to be relocated if we so desired. We chose to do so and were relocated to another apartment where we remained for the rest of our holiday. The views were fantastic, staff were always helpful and diligent if we needed anything I.e washing powder etc. it made our trip so easy and comfortable and I will without hesitation be back when I’m in Brisbane again. Cannot fault the accommodation nor the staff.

We are very unhappy. We're about to stay for our second night and forced to share 1 towel for 3 days for 2 people after going to swim and shower etc.. So annoying your mailbox is full and that was after speaking to reception who assured me I'd get a second towel. I don't know if it's unreasonable to expect the rooms to be cleaned daily either but ours was missed as well. Over all, for such potential and affordable price point this was a let down and I don't reccomended to stay here.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The rooms at this hotel are lovely—spacious and well-equipped. There were loud construction right outside our balcony window at 6am. Crazy loud! The reception staff exhibited an unfriendly demeanor, creating a strange tense, uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while the gym, pool, and sauna are advertised as opening at 6 AM, we found them still being cleaned at 9 AM. Furthermore, both the 10th and 7th floors had a persistent food odor that detracted from the overall experience. While the accommodations themselves are commendable, the service and maintenance leave much to be desired
