Belise Brisbane is hands down the only place to stay in Brisbane—we will definitely be back! We had a weekend away with friends and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The entire stay was exceptional, starting with the booking process. Sandy, was amazing, was so helpful with all our questions about parking and check-in. The staff at the front desk, especially Lisa, made us feel so special and welcome. Our apartment had incredible views of the city, and it was modern, spacious, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. We also loved the central location—right above fantastic restaurants and close to both a supermarket and bottle shop. Our only regret was not staying longer. Truly a first-class hotel!

Took my $400 security deposit TWENTY TWO days ago and still haven't returned it despite no issues with the room. Numerous calls made, no action. Stay elsewhere. Despite their below comment, the amount IS a transaction which fully removed $400 from my account and they delay has nothing to do with my bank. I have confirmation from my bank that the hotel did not accurately process the refund. See attached email from bank.

Almost 5 stars, stayed here for 5 nights, location is brilliant, everything is very nice, lobby is beautiful & we had a lovely receptionist. We were happy with the price of the room, except room was extremely bare bones, not enough loo roll, soaps, towels, hot drink satchets, milks etc for the stay which is okay, but shower did not seal and leaked everywhere constantly, no spare pillows or spare bedding. Small gripes but overall quite happy. Has washing machine and dryer but dryer didn't really dry at all. Building being built right outside which made for a fantastic 6:45am alarm clock. Overall a 4/5. Good for price.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The rooms at this hotel are lovely—spacious and well-equipped. There were loud construction right outside our balcony window at 6am. Crazy loud! The reception staff exhibited an unfriendly demeanor, creating a strange tense, uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while the gym, pool, and sauna are advertised as opening at 6 AM, we found them still being cleaned at 9 AM. Furthermore, both the 10th and 7th floors had a persistent food odor that detracted from the overall experience. While the accommodations themselves are commendable, the service and maintenance leave much to be desired

I’ve stayed here for almost the last 2 months so this is based on some experience… Single glazing makes the rooms very noisy. Bed and sofa extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning hasn’t worked for last 3 days. It’s 26 degrees inside now with the doors/windows open but can't sleep with window/door open because of the road noise and sirens from the police office down the road. When I complained to the manager about the aircon (nobody called me back on Friday with an update) the response was “we are full - what do you want me to do about it?”, “you are not the only one with the problem”, “call your corporate booking company if you want to arrange to stay somewhere else” (at 5pm on a Friday - weren’t there when I called). Kitchen poorly equipped. Communication regarding cleaning has been sporadic.
