Belise Brisbane is hands down the only place to stay in Brisbane—we will definitely be back! We had a weekend away with friends and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The entire stay was exceptional, starting with the booking process. Sandy, was amazing, was so helpful with all our questions about parking and check-in. The staff at the front desk, especially Lisa, made us feel so special and welcome. Our apartment had incredible views of the city, and it was modern, spacious, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. We also loved the central location—right above fantastic restaurants and close to both a supermarket and bottle shop. Our only regret was not staying longer. Truly a first-class hotel!

Almost 5 stars, stayed here for 5 nights, location is brilliant, everything is very nice, lobby is beautiful & we had a lovely receptionist. We were happy with the price of the room, except room was extremely bare bones, not enough loo roll, soaps, towels, hot drink satchets, milks etc for the stay which is okay, but shower did not seal and leaked everywhere constantly, no spare pillows or spare bedding. Small gripes but overall quite happy. Has washing machine and dryer but dryer didn't really dry at all. Building being built right outside which made for a fantastic 6:45am alarm clock. Overall a 4/5. Good for price.

Charged me for melted cutlery?!? Said cutlery I couldn't even find when searching the room for it and it was apartenly on the counter the entire time? It's a fine apartment but don't expect your deposit back in one piece.

The apartment was nice and the bed was comfortable, I agree with the other reviews saying the service wasn't very good at the front desk from some staff they were quite unkind and did not want to help. Management definitely needs to look into this as it's making people not want to come back and I feel the same way. Also agree with the information being in bold red comes across unfriendly and alings with the service I received most of my stay here.

New belise manager will run this place to the ground. I am a ex owner, would not recommend buying property here or putting it in the hotel pool. Extra monthly fees make it not worth it, not profitable. Whilst charging the owners more, they also try saving money by putting cheaper chemicals in the pool and spa- made my finger nails turn green and can see a green ring around spa. Who knows what else they are trying to save money on or what extra fees they are charging hotel guests.
