Such warm and friendly service with a smile everywhere we went in the hotel! We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always really enjoy it. The pool area is excellent! Love the food and drinks! Such a chill but fun vibe. Also very family friendly… little packs for our toddler and lots of extra little treats and attention! Perfect location right on the mall. A special mention to Chloe who was so professional and friendly and always made us feel so welcome! Such a wonderful stay. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I was in Brisbane for a holiday. First, I booked a hotel in South Bank, but then I moved to this one. Now, I wish I had stayed at this hotel from the day I arrived in Brisbane. What a wonderful staff so friendly and polite! I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly let me go to my room right away. The location is perfect, the breakfast is great, and the place is spotless. I truly wish the best for all the staff, the manager, and the owner. I was extremely satisfied with my stay

Really beautiful rooms, the pool area was our favourite. You’re so close to all the action in the CBD yet the rooms are quiet at night time. Buffet breakfast was really great too.

The staff are so friendly here We booked the most affordable room, but it's still perfect spacious and well appointed. They even provided thoughtful extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bathroom slippers. I absolutely love this hotel it's so clean and pleasant

Had a lovely stay. I accompanied my hubby for a work trip. It was bleak weather and I just wanted to chill for the afternoon. I was so pleased to see the instructions for casting Netflix were so clear. The mini bar was well stocked if you felt inclined. Staff were super friendly. Lennon's was a great place to eat.
