I loved my experience at the Hyatt. The room was always kept cleaning and the service was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had. The amenities were great and the location being slap bang in the middle of the city was awesome and convenient. Also was a convenient walk to the Stay bridge and nearby activities. Although, I didn't get to use the swimming pool (due to the on and off rain) which is an excuse for a second trip :)

It was in general a good experience. The room is what you see in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. It was a bit hard to find the hotel though. At checkout they wanted to charge us for some drinks someone else had on the pool. The person on the reception didn't insist but made me feel uncomfortable. The should ask people's names and not just take the room number. But overall was good. Don't forget to give me the thumbs up :)

Great position. Walk straight into queen Street mall. Short walk to south bank, botanic gardens, and we had a view of the clock tower. Pool was lovely looking over the historic buidings

Location is very good. In the heart of the city Rooms very tiny but enouph for one person Nice and clean Breakfast was lovely. Just missing some alternatives for diary milk. I personally don't drink milk so I had my cereals dry with no milk. Hope it will improve.

Nice hotel, with a very good location. Found the room to be smaller than expected, but the bathroom and closet area was nice. The hotel is very well located, the front entrance is in the middle of a pedestrian street on a shopping area, if you are not careful you can walk right past it. Has a Cole's supermarket very close by and many places to eat. Would stay again if the price is right.
