Having worked in a number of corporate serviced office environments, I can't recommend this place more. Staff are professional and go above and beyond. The level of service makes you feel like part of a bigger team rather than a charge on an invoice. Part of the Waterfront Place building, the locality offers some fantastic extras for those seeking work / life balance.

Plus the support of the excellent reception and management team here, being both friendly and efficient. Flexibility when required to use other work areas and meeting rooms, And overall the building and location is beautiful, and has great facilities, staff, and activities giving it a wider community vibe.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 1 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 1 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
