I have attended many events at eSpace as well as hosted one. The size of the venue was perfect, providing ample room for guests without feeling too spacious or empty. I loved the industrial-chic atmosphere complete with exposed brick. From the initial inquiry to the event day, the correspondence with the venue was exceptional. The team was responsive, accommodating, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my event was a success. One of the standout features of this venue is its fantastic location near Howard Smith Wharve offering opportunities for post-event celebrations. I recently held a 30th birthday at E-Space. It was definitely a night to remember. The venue looked absolutely amazing with the up lights and simple yet gorgeous decor. The team was amazing - I was surprised at how little I had to do from the floor plan, to catering and bar service, event signage, etc. Despite this, I felt included in the planning when I wanted to be. The vendors they use are premier. The caterers (Wine and Dine’m) - delicious food, and staff that blended into the night. I only had to tell them who had dietary requirements once. The bar staff from Torley’s - super friendly and efficient, and made some awesome cocktails. The DJ played some absolute bangers and the photographer took photos that I’ll cherish forever and we’re surprisingly candid. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to have a an intimate, more elegant event space with a finer touch.
