Absolutely lovely venue, the customer service was fantastic and they even noted my birthday for a little free dessert. Things like that really make an experience great. We had a steak and the pork cutlet, could not fault the food in any way. Might be the best dinner out l’ve ever had. The Sun Baker cocktail was beautiful and delicious and the ambiance was terrific. 5/5

Beautifully set out dining room and getting to look into the kitchen where the magic happens. The food was delicious the crust on the steak was perfect. The wine list is extensive but there's some gems at the right price point.

The highlight was the customer service, we were served by a really lovely man, he was very friendly and bubbly, and took great care of our service. Just want to make it known his efforts don’t go unnoticed!!! our food was well worth the money, my steak was absolutely delicious, and my partner loved his dish as well! thanks for making our one year a memorable one 💞

It was one of the best meals I've had in Brisbane! I had the Angus prime steak, which was cooked to perfection. Major compliments to the kitchen, and the service was brilliant as well. I highly recommend the restaurant for anyone wanting to have a good night, great for a romantic setting too!

Wow what an incredible experience! The staff were attentive and super-professional, but friendly not stiff. I can't find enough superlatives to describe the food. The best Barramundi I've ever tasted; the seafood platter was uber-fresh, and the duck-liver pate and dutch baked potatoes were to die for. Unfortunately they ran out of tomato juice so I couldn't get a Bloody Mary so had to settle for a Martini instead. The atmosphere was busy but the beautiful surroundings and river views were spectacular. Blackbird sets the gold standard for Brisbane restaurants and I will definitely be returning.
