Well past it's best Tired Smelly/tacky room Damaged furniture Lack of security Pool had floating plastic bags, filter not running and right next to reception - not inviting at all Dirty microwave with wobbly rotating glass bottom (missing the rubber ring underneath) Underwhelming to say the least. Not worth the price charged. Luckily we have a nice ocean view and clean bed linen Our first stay will also be our last stay

I’m going to be fair with this review—4 stars seems like a reasonable rating. The bed has clearly done its best over the years, but it didn’t offer the best sleep. The room is quiet, and the view is decent, but I can’t say I’m excited about this property. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated. However, I’m not particularly keen to rebook this one. The shower is okay, though it too has seen better days. The room is equipped with good air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge, making it suitable for an extended stay if needed. I’m a tech guy couldn’t get into the wifi, bit of mould behind the AC. Overall, it's a serviceable option, but it might not be my first choice next time.

Clean comfortable rooms with cooking and clothes washing facilities in room. Under cover car parking was welcome on hot days. Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and bars.

The rooms can actually vary a little, but they all have cooking and laundry facilities inside plus small balcony. I stayed in 2 rooms (start and then end of week) and the second room was bigger than the first. Good location, walking distance to lots of options, but at the end of the street so it's a bit more private at the same time. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel really needs a proper clean and renovation. Requested to move rooms due to mildew on the carpet, stained sheets and throw pillow, and mould in shower. View was better in the second room but not much of an improvement on the room itself. Also had to ask reception for help with the air conditioning as it stopped working in my second room. It turned back on but did not work very well. A lot of the walls and skirting boards throughout the hotel are damaged or dirty. The hotel itself is musty. The bar out the front looks a lot nicer than the hotel itself.
