Lovely friendly service at reception .assisted us with our push bikes. (Chantel??? Sorry got name incorrect ,Lovely girl couldn't help us enough on checking in )the facilities are wonderful with a great ,gym ,pool,sauna and the best steam room .the rooms were very clean and modern and was great to also have a coffee pod machine along with a microwave..The bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.. Great to have accommodation close to everything in the cbd .we loved our stay and will again return ..

Fantastic rooms in a prime location. A 14 minute walk from central station and a beautiful hotel front! 24 hour reception takes a lot of stress out of things, and the staff service was wonderful - I was served by Rebekah and felt welcomed immediately. The rooms have everything you need - i’ve paid for more expensive rooms that didn’t have usb charging ports, this one had two and plenty of other charging ports, including shaving ones in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was squeaky clean and came with towels, soaps in the shower and small ones you can take with you, a hairdryer, even scales if that’s your thing? No complaints whatsoever. The pool was beautiful, I was blown away by it. One of the better hotels i’ve visited!

Room was dated and not overly clean. You are provided with a Nespresso machine and no milk, not even small long life ones. Office chair was broken and I had to use 3 pillows off the bed to be able to sit and do some work. The staff were extremely delightful and cannot fault them at all. Parking was problematic with very small parking places and inconvenient room to manoeuvre. Probably wouldn't recommend unless a few basics like cleanliness and functioning seating were overhauled.

While the staff were friendly, the condition of the rooms was very poor. There was visible black mould in the shower, soiled drinking glasses, and general dirtiness throughout the room. Ventilation was inadequate, making the space feel damp and unhealthy, and the room was extremely dark with little to no natural light. This was not a comfortable or hygienic stay, and I would strongly caution others until cleanliness and ventilation issues are properly addressed.

First time staying at Capri and compared to some of the other Fraser’s properties I’ve stayed in, this is by far the nicest. The rate was very reasonable, amazing, friendly and guest oriented staff, fantastic facilities including an onsite car park (2.1m height), gym, sauna, steam room, pool and restaurant. I took advantage of their $20 late Sunday check out, what a bargain especially given access to the facilities! I’m a Brisbane local, but I’ll definitely be adding Capri to my staycations list from now on!
