Unit 2906 has phenomenal view over the city and the southbank. Nice size for one bedroom, one bath, neat kitchen and balcony. Staffs are extremely friendly and accommodating. Convenient location, grocery story is right across the street. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants, Chinatown, and various outing activities. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Brisbane. Pictures taken during sunrise from the room balcony.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the reception staff, particularly Shawn/Shaun was really lovely and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. It had a great view of a park and Fortitude Valley. The only issue was the lack of parking, but you can easily park across the road for a lesser fee. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was good as it’s close to Woolworths, pubs and restaurants but this was about it. Was totally disappointed with other features. Room was dirty, not even given individual blankets, molds on the shower head and odour coming from hallway. There were blankets in the closet but it looked dirty and old. Also, the staff didn’t attend our room when we asked to fix the AC. Totally not worth any cents and really disappointed with this Mantra hotel as other ones we’ve been to were good quality. Hope ppl find this review helpful and save money and Mantra can improve their quality.

upon arrival we were sent to another location to car our vehicle, then we had to pay for this parking the following day after having to walk 10mins to the car each time. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, the restaurant and bar were completely closed down. The left opened many times to the staff side instead of guest side and would not open which left us to find our way through backhouse with no direct. The linen was clean however the bathroom had mould and hair and the floors were dirty. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend or stay again.

We stayed for 3nights last week, me and my partner were dissappointed because it was dirty the room,the bed and specially pillows are dirty and smells bad,and i have to buy disenfectant spray but still the same..im not comfortable,i hope you will clean and change the pillows and pillow cases too.
