I'll preface this with you get what you pay fo. The rate was quite reasonable but you'll understand why when you check in. It was clean enough but very run down. The comments on the parking are spot on its awful. I found the hotel tricky to drive in and out of thanks to Brisbane's challenging city traffic but for walking it was an easy walk to restaurants along the river so that was pleasant.

Nice enough for semi budget travels. Staff are lovely. Restaurant is not open these days, and no room service etc. No free internet seems a bit stone age also. Happy enough for the nice spacious rooms & view!

Terrible. The floor had a stale spew smell, The wifi didn't work, the dryer didn't work and there was no free parking, 2 of us spent over 130 each for 2 nights parking which was atleast 50 metres from the building. They apologised when we left and said they'll be in contact about some compensation... but nothing. I won't stay at another mantra after that

Hotel is a bit dated and is a mix of long term residents and hotel guests. You can tell the staff is trying to manage both, but is not very good at it. The carpark is diabolical. It’s tiny and tight, not only getting your car in there and slaloming between the concrete posts that are literally everywhere in a tight formation, but the car spots are tiny. The location is great, quite central and between the CBD, Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley, everything is pretty much only 10 minutes away. Felons brew house is the go to place and is equally close by. There is a restaurant downstairs but it’s been closed since Covid. The pub across the road seems also never to have reopened. Don’t expect to get food in the actual building. The service is not good. The room was not all that clean when I moved in and after they did not offer any real benefit to my silver Accor membership, a service after the first night was all I got for my hotel room money. The second night I got no fresh towels and no service of the room anymore. They realised 2 days in they forgot to give me the wifi code on day 1. Room 1205 has a sink that does not drain and just fills with water. Without fresh towels I never stood a chance in that room. Overall the room was a pretty horrible experience.

DON'T STAY HERE Couldn't deliver on the room configuration (1xdouble,2xsingle) and not resolved resulting in paying AUD$400 per night to sleep on the sofa. Room was dirty (curtains, filthy windows, mould in bathroom) chattes didn't work at all (TV, ironing board), or didnt work properly (luke warm water only, air conditioning set too cold and unable to be changed), no phone and customer service was woeful. All issues backed up with photographic evidence. A very disappointing experience for an overseas tourist. In a city full of accommodation options, don't choose this one.
