Hotel is old and room is worn, we stayed in lvl 22 and the room smells like a kitchen all day and night, cooking non stop, I think all our clothes will smell bad, room was not clean, just ok. Parking is very narrow, need to be very careful otherwise will scratch the sides.

We stayed in room 2407. Brilliant views of river and a bonus we were there for river fire. Staff fabulous apartments are older no Smell no mould and everything clean. They are older units with 3 fast lifts in the middle of everything 4min walk to ferry. We couldn't be happier !

The hotel is in need of maintenance and freshening up. The car park was extremely tight. One of the staff members said he has hit the side of the wall twice. Multiple scratch marks on the carpark where people have collided with the wall. Mould on the shower door. Bathroom cabinet in need of repair. Doona was stained.Sauna was out of order during my visit. Overall, I don't believe it's up to 4 star standard or worth the price I paid to stay there.

Filthy dirty aircon vent, woke up during the night hot due to aircon not working properly at all. Uncomfortable bed, crappy front desk service with only one staff working at a time.

Very late to have our room ready. Male staff very rude, tried to tell me I booked four rooms, when I booked 3. Young girl, was very apologetic, about us not getting in until 4.15pm. We had a 60th birthday for 5pm, the late check in didn't get us to there on time. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
