Enter the foyer to reception and you'll be engulfed with a gorgeous misty sweet scent of freshness that instantly lifts the spirits. Ibis has really good prices, clean comfortable rooms and awesome service. The eleven am check out time is great for a calm breakfast and lazy check out. Breakfast variety is fantastic, highly recommend taking advantage of this, prices are very reasonable. There are 3 parking buildings nearby, Secure, Wilson, and Uptown. Ibis location is excellent and close to everything really, from food to entertainment to public transport.Highly recommend.

Really happy with our stay here. Amazing location, super friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great pressure. My only criticism is there isn't any bottles of drinking water in the rooms. But would definitely stay again.

Great location. Our room has a fantastic view (facing Cultural Centre), The bed is fine, the shower is OK, but it's so small, with very little storage. It's not suitable for a long stay. We're living out of our suitcases.

The water pressure at the bathroom sink was extremely low, and the shower walls were covered in mold that was clearly visible without even looking closely. Possibly in the name of environmental protection, toothbrushes were not provided by default, but they were available upon request at the front desk. The entire bathroom only had one bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo, body wash, and facial cleanser.
