My experience with Ibis Styles has always been exceptional. The hotel boasts one of the best views of the city and river, which makes every stay truly special. The staff are incredibly cheerful and welcoming, especially Derek, the Duty Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond. The rooms are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is very convenient for accessing key city spots, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety. I always look forward to staying at Ibis Styles whenever I’m in the city.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect from start to finish. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and provided helpful information. The room was spotless, and everything was in excellent working condition. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff working during breakfast service were incredibly quick and professional. One young lady, in particular, worked efficiently, clearing dishes promptly and always with a smile. Check-out was also quick and seamless. The lady in the lobby offered us coffee and donuts with the friendliest smile, which made our departure even more pleasant. We will definitely be back again!

Great location near Uptown shops and the Mall and Star and Treasury and Southbank walks or City Loop bus. We chose a small budget friendly room which was clean and all we needed with good AC and bed. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and dinner. Service was great and the car parking at Uptown was cheap. Great value.

I have just had my first stay at Ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth street and what a great stay it has been. The team at reception - so friendly and helpful made for a quick and seamless check in at a busy time. The rooms are really well designed with super comfortable beds. Just the right size for a business stay of a few nights. It is possibly THE CLEANEST hotel I have stayed in for some time super clean and tidy. The lifts arrived quickly (which has been a problem in a number of hotels I have stayed in. The location is so convenient to everything. The place is so good I am now trying to arrange an ongoing booking as I am in town every week for the full year. Great place - I highly recommend IBIS Style and the team there to anyone needing a hotel in Brisbane.

Every staff member we were in contact with were so competent at their job, with attention to detail. Our river view room had floor to ceiling glass with exceptional views. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The hotel location made it easy to get to key places in Brisbane City and the mall we needed to go to. A shout out to Liana at reception and the fellow who was managing the bar and restaurant (black long hair tied up). Both were exceptional at their jobs, as were all the staff.
