Very fun decor and atmosphere, room was great , room service is good quality and reasonably priced. Rooftop restaurant and infinity pool have spectacular views of Brisbane. Rooms are pricey , but you feel like you get what you pay for. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

What can I say! This is a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. The staff were AMAZING! Alice at the front counter was a gem! The Terrace bar is the perfect spot to sit and have a drink or meal as well. Only feedback I would give is, I would recommend removing the high tables and chairs on the balcony at Terrace bar and make them the same level as the ones inside. Then everyone gets to see the view and not the backsides of the people outside :)

I won an Opera QLD competition to stay at the Emporium for 2 nights. This is by far the best hotel 🏨 I’ve stayed in, both in Australia and overseas. From the moment I arrived the staff were amazing (thank you Bobby!), the room is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable beds, stunning views and food to die for! On our first night we dined at the Terrace. The cocktails and grazing menu (truffle fries, mushroom tempura, pear and goats cheese salad and cheese board) were really delicious. The French Patisserie coffee and savoury bites were heavenly. The infinity pool, sauna, steam room and The Healing Stone were outstanding! My best friend and I felt like we were transported to Japan during a 1 hour utsukushi facial. The whole weekend has been an INCREDIBLE experience and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for having us. 😊

The attention to detail in the design is truly remarkable and adds to the overall dining experience. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout the evening. They provided excellent recommendations from the menu, catering to our preferences and ensuring we had a delightful culinary journey. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors. From the exquisite appetizers to the sumptuous main courses and delectable desserts, every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. To top it off, we were treated to some delightful complimentary extras that enhanced our experience. It’s clear that Emporium Restaurant goes above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience for their guests. Overall, our dinner at Emporium was an absolute delight. We left with satisfied palates and wonderful memories, eager to return for another fantastic evening. Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel. Quite new with glitzy decor, all very clean and well maintained. Infinity pool on level 21 is worth a dip, poolside service too when you need a snack or drink. Restaurant is a stunning setting, food is good for dinner and breakfast. It's all a bit on the pricey side but really worth it.
