Beautiful hotel and excellent rooms. Staff were so lovely and kind and even let us check in early which was unexpected. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel, absolutely amazing!!

Had a great night away from the kids. Check in was easy and staff member was really helpful. Room service had good options and came quicker than expected. Breakfast in the restaurant had a wonderful spread and was quite popular, but with space to not feel crowded. Facilities were beautiful and the day spa was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

In house guest relations manager is fantastic, very accomodating. Arranged short term parking without any cost, arranged to have minor maintenance issues resolved. Room was comfortable. House keeping staff were fantastic. Whole hotel is French influenced theme, greeted quest in French as well. Excellent location. Central station is couple of minutes & mall was a block away. Highly recommend.

From check in to check out we enjoyed our stay. The lovely doormen, valet parking and luggage service was so easy. The food at the restaurant was superb. All staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble or a challenge when the bar staff looked up and made us our requested cocktail a Raspberry cheesecake. The pool was a little chilly but we enjoyed the spa.

The lobby is beautiful and staff were great. Excellent service. The room however is 2 star at the most. Super old. Super smelly. Shower over bath unsafe. Carpet was damp. The furniture was dirty. Dusty in the room and also furniture near elevators on our level. We checked out after a day. The staff kindly refunded us. Needs a full renovation. It’s about a 10 - 20 minute walk to any location. We had beautiful views of a parking lot. Nothing that is super close.
