We were more than surprised how amazing this hotel was from the moment we opened the door. And then I saw the washer and dryer and was elated. Clean. Quiet. Comfy. Really can’t give it a higher score. Easy check in & out, great staff. Onsite restaurant with great food and service. Can’t get any better. Not upscale luxury, but absolutely no complaints.

Pretty happy with our stay. Bed was very comfy and the kitchenette was great. The noisy cars and bikes could he heard through the glass doors but thankfully, it was mostly quiet at night. Not much happening in that end of town though.. not much happening in the town at all really.

Perfect location in the city centre of Gladstone. It was close to all major amenities. The only negative comment I have is the reception we received. The lack of information provided such information about the hotel like pool, car parking gym. It would have sufficed if they mentioned that any information can be accessed on the TV in the room. We only found out later in the evening because there were no pamphlets about the area for visitors etc. The receptionist went straight to the payment of our stay. We were quite blown away by the size of the room. The room was pretty spacious and fully furnished with washing machine, iron and ironing board, dryer, nice comfy bed, a fully functional kitchen with basic utensils ,lounge chair, dining table and chairs, a large refrigerator, toaster, microwave and your own balcony . The pool area is okay, and there is a mini gym available. There is also a restaurant available. Overall, we have a wonderful time at this place. 🎊🎊🎊

We had a few issues with the room such as the fire alarm buzzing and alarming for two days which was really prominent when it was sleep time, this caused a big inconvenience (an alternative room was offered but it had the same issue so we had to wait for it to be fixed, which took two attempts), the hot water failed on day one (it got fixed) and the shower seemed to leak into the rest of the bathroom. The air conditioning also failed on the day of checkout! Most of the staff were polite and helpfu, albeit one staff member was very passive-aggressive and then became outright rude to us. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and you don't get noise from the outside. The pool is shaded by the building and whilst not large or deep, does the job as long as it isn't busy. There is limited pool seating. The hotel is in a good location and also offers free secure parking which is a plus and a restaurant and coffee shop is easy to access from the second floor.

Welcomed on arrival. Staff are professional and available for assistance. Restaurant is within building and room service had food arrive hot. The room is well designed. Location fantastic for walking and close to shopping. Balcony room with good views.
