What a great location, beautifully appointed, clean, King Suite on Horizon Club level which offers an exclusive breakfast, snacks, drinks, tea, coffee, bar. Gymnasium, massive pool, pool table and table tennis, bar and lush gardens on Level 1. Walking distance to supermarket, tours and restaurants, situated right on the beautiful marina with lovely tranquil views of the mountains and ocean. Fresh seafood Restaurant on the doorstep. The comfortable lounge, mini fridge, coffee machine and well appointed bathroom are a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a on site tour booking advisor.

We stayed in a Horizon Club room which is on the “VIP” level. Ask about locals rates if you’re local around Cairns. You receive buffet breakfast which is the best buffet breakfast in Cairns, then snacks & hot & cold drinks are available all day (pastries, fruit, tea/coffee, juice, soft drink) Dinner includes a 2hr drink & food package of alcohol & non alcoholic drinks (wine, spirits, beer, cider, softdrinks, juice, tea/coffee), plus a small buffet finger food dinner which was different every night (hot and cold finger food) We didn’t purchase food or drinks for the entire 3 night stay & was very satisfied. The room was great. Room service (for food) is available until 10pm, and they have packages you can order of drinks & snacks at a good price through the QR code in the room. It was an all in one package & now our favourite place to stay locally.

Most amazing stay in this hotel, definitely should be a 5 star, room was huge with everything that you could need. Bathroom was big and came with toothbrushes, nail file, shower hat, cotton buds, make up remover pads, I have not see this since prior to Covid, so lovely to see them being reintroduced into the rooms. Dressings gowns and slippers of excellent quality also provided. An empty fridge so that you can put in your own bits and pieces. Great to have an Nepressor machine with capsules provided every day. Our room was the basic deluxe room, so was not expecting such a great room with balcony overlooking the pool. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, it is so close to everything .Will definitely stay again.

I stayed 2 nights with my daughter. Perfect location with nice views and easy walking distance to restaurants and across from the marina. Breakfast was included in the package and was worth it. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have every had. Lots of variety and fresh tasty options. The hotel is looking a bit tired but was very clean and what I would expect for a 4 star. A little disappointed that you have to cast programs from your own device to watch on TV during downtime. Also, I didn’t like the fragrance of the bath products so I had to purchase my own. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would stay again.

Excellent location on the Marina (where GBR tours depart) and 200m from Esplanade (main waterfront road for bars and restaurants)and lagoon. Beautiful fragrant smell when entering hotel, great check in service and room which was kept extremely clean. Great shower and massive bed with view of the Marina. We were room 3009 on the corner of the hotel. 15 mins taxi ride to airport costing 30 dollars each way. Breakfasts expensive thought 38 dollars (£19) each. Recommended
