I would like to express my utmost appreciation . My stay was incredibly enjoyable, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment is elegant, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff are all warm and professional. The room was spotless and well-appointed, providing a very comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Didn’t even get the chance to stay here. Tried to book as a surprise for my wife with a night away from the kids, and couldn’t find an option to prepay the room. I rang the hotel directly and spoke to a gentleman called James who claimed to be a manager. I explained what I was trying to do, and well, he could not have been less helpful. He offered no way to prepay, nor offer any alternative suggestion, other than to “give her the cash for the room” which would have defeated the purpose of the surprise entirely. When I asked to speak to manager he informed me that he was the manager and I was genuinely baffled . I immediately cancelled the reservation and booked elsewhere (where incidentally plenty of other places take prepayment) and I will happily tell anyone that listens not to stay here. James and the Mantra; making surprises impossible since 24’.

The showers are properly hazardous. They swap between cold and scalding hot without touching the tap. The rooms feel worn out and are not clean; both the couch and chair in my room were stained and I noticed an old chip packet from a previous guest stuffed down the side of the couch was still there. The location does offer fantastic access to the conference centre so it’s a serviceable option for a conference I guess.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment while attending a few days of work functions at the Brisbane Convention Centre. Great location, convenient meal options very close by, easy access to walk along the river or over the bridge straight to the Brisbane mall for shopping. The included breakfast was a choice of meals from the menu and very nice.

We stayed here recently for one night. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional - so all ok. We would definitely stay here again. Overall we thought it good value and the breakfast was spot on, just what we needed.
