Arrived late evening. Room newly renovated and looks great but a number of issues emerged. Room was clean, but a used towel hanging in wardrobe. No toiletries available in room and needed to go to reception as there was not a phone in room. Glass door on the fridge meant that light was visible all night. The kettle doesn't fit under the tap. There was a lot of noise from the road despite being on a high floor. The bed was huge and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. The rainfall shower was great. The gym is adequate, but the pool is closed for renovation. The aircon is very cold, but can be adjusted or turned off.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel and it was nothing short of spectacular! Our room was lovely, and the view was amazing. Reasonably priced, easy parking and fantastic location. Special thanks to receptionist, Nee who displayed exceptional assistance and friendly service. Will be back 😀

Good location. Very tight limited parking. It's not good for a large vehicle. Breakfast specials available next door are ok. Was once a high-end, it is now a little dated, needs updating. It's mostly clean, great, big bed very comfortable. I would most likely stay again.

Before my booking with Park Regis North Quay Brisbane I tried for two weeks to communicate with them. Called on the phone..told they were busy and would call back.. they did not. I called again 3 days latter.. no answer but left a voice message.....no one called back. 2 days Latter I emailed them.. no response... Finally proceed to do booking on line but put in a message... but again no reply. Come to Park Regis at 1.00pm. Fri 11 October 2024. For a 3 night stay. No greeting no welcome by the person in attendance. Proceeded to tell us room not ready and to come at 2.00pm She did not introduce herself No smile No eye contact But offered to store our bags Came back at around 3.30pm Much nicer attendant but once again no introduction and no welcome. I was so so disappointed to be given the 9th floor despite asking for the highest level possible in all of my attempts to communicate with the reservations team. More disappointed when I got to the room. I paid for a superior I bed room apartment with king bed. All information and pictures depicting a room with modern furnishings and ambience and walls with pictures and colour. What we got was a room with very old unfunctional furniture dirty and stained couches. No desk. The apartment was covered in dust... we were told the room was not ready but the room did not look like it was just cleaned. I had to wipe down all the surfaces and we did not sit on the couch because it was unclean. Kitchenette had very minimal utensils and the only thing I needed to use the kettle was simply dirty with stains. Had to thoroughly wash kettle to boil water. Bedroom did not have king bed as specified another disappointment. The views from the 9th floor were lovely but the windows needed cleaning. This seemingly Superior room was in my opinion sub standard. I did speak to reception in particular about the bed not being king and the room not as I expected but there did not seem to be any real interest in my concern and were told " we are very full" We came back to Park Regis because of loyalty as my husband stayed here continuously for 4 months about 7 years ago. He stayed on the high level 20 and had the 1 one bedroom Superior apartment which we remember as being Superior and with wonderful bright furniture and furnishings but on our come back we were seriously and sadly disappointed. The room we stayed in really needs attention and a thorough clean. We did appreciate the courtesy late checkout by one hour

We always stay here if we are coming down to Brisbane and need to stay. The rooms we have stayed in have all been renovated and they are super nice, plus has a pool etc. The room is apartment size with views from all the windows. Plus parking is available. Great price too!
