The service was outstanding and all the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms had a boutique feel to them which I loved they were also very unique in a good way. the fragrance they put throughout the hotel was phenomenal I have never smelt a better hotel. The parking was not on site, but it was very close to the hotel, which was awesome. The services that were also included with the rooms was exceptional , especially the free lolly bar that my kids loved. I also loved Learning about the rich history of the hotel itself. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. :)

We came to stay a night for a staycation and we’re so happy with our choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and had great decor, we really loved the renovated spaces still incorporating the original architecture. The renovated elevator looks great. The inclusions for booking directly were also a highlight and really elevated the experience. The martini bar is great fun and the martini’s were great. I would highly recommend a stay.

I absolutely love this place! It's a funky and sophisticated boutique hotel, truly one of a kind, with super comfortable rooms and very friendly and attentive staff. The bar and restaurant are cosy and super stylish and their Martini Happy Hour is not to be missed (one of the best dirty martinis I have ever had!). I love my morning coffee and theirs is the best - each room is equipped with a quality Nespresso machine (no instant coffee!!) and if that's not enough, the coffee in the restaurant downstairs is one of the best in the city. Last but no least - incredible customer service. I left one of my earrings and before I have even realised it, I got a message from the hotel to let me know they have it and are sending it back to me. How good is that? I can't wait to be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Location is close to city and southbank to walk. Dog friendly - and they actually like dogs! They left her a little pack with treats, toys, food for the night, and a bed. Its a $100 charge for dogs. (A lot more reasonable than many hotels that tout they are dog friendly but have dog fees per night and then $200+ cleaning fees.) Rooms are nice. Staff were lovely. Parking is nearby - if you go through the hotel there is a discount and they offer valet but self serve was easy for us $40.

We were simply amazed. Far exceeded our expectations. The location, staff and atmosphere were absolutely wonderful. Super cute with Lots of very special decor and retro additions. It was very reasonably priced (but we stayed mid-week)... do yourself a favour and book directly for some nice little surprise inclusions.
