My elderly mum and I stayed 7 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I really appreciated the Surprise Birthday note and chocolates. The buffet breakfast was amazing as well. The concierge were nothing short of brilliant. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you

Went to High Tea at bacchus restaurant. If you are into high teas then this one is a must. The staff were lovely and attentive, always making sure we had a drink. The high tea food was fresh, flavourful and very tasty. I look forward to going back again and again!

Great staffs and services. My room was clean, however, the toilet was a let down. The toilet was small, quite difficult to use if the users are big, the shower room doesn’t have curtain or door to stop the water from coming out, some mould spots in the toilet.

Location is fine. Bed soft but... Tiny pool that closes at 6pm. What? The buffet breakfast ($30-42) did not include barista coffee. Not even a machine to make a latte just a jug of coffee. Breakfast was a pretty average affair with your standard stuff but they do the omelettes. Not complimentary water in the room also (been a long time since had that happen) but hey $5 for a bottle... cmon. I paid extra for the 'family stays' which came with a 'platter' for kids but it was a popcorn cup with some goodies. Also came with valet parking that is normally $55. I thought the extra I paid was for breakfast also but stung on arrival. Sink in bathroom also badly designed. (Small issue but annoying) Overall feels like a corporate hotel for a function vs anything you'd want to bring kids. They shouldn't have 'family' deals. And all the other family deals have breakfast included but the family stays deal I got didn't? Despite being $70 more for a room.

Stayed here for a function at the neighbouring Brisbane Convention Centre (there is direct access). Room was clean, bed was soft without being saggy, pillows were soft but also supportive. Good showerwith an adjustable height shower head that doesn't flood the rest of the bathroom. Not a 5-star hotel, but the room was everything I needed it to be and the price was fair. Have stayed here once before and I'm sure i'll stay here again.
