We were in the conference centre and our was great. The technology ask worked well and the food was great. The balcony for lunch breaks was also a nice touch.

Excellent as usual. Not their fault, but upgrading the intersection at the start of the street did restrict access, similarly the update to the Shamrock hotel was not ideal. But, having lived in Townsville for over 30 years in the past. It wasn't so bad.

Noisy air conditioner in room even on low setting. Nowhere to hang stuff in bathrooms. Comfy bed and no where to make coffee

Stayed here during Worlds competition. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was outstanding (but should have included basic coffee).

The room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. The Airconditioner was extremely noisy. We had my sons wedding to go to on Saturday in June and I did not get much sleep the night before due to us having to turn off the Aircon and we swelted as there was no fresh air. I went to my sons wedding extremely 😫 I would not recommend this hotel
