We recently stayed at the Ridge Hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay for a day. The location was okay, not particularly remarkable but convenient enough for getting around. Unfortunately, the interior of the hotel felt very old and tired, desperately in need of renovation. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Dust had built up everywhere, and it was clear that proper cleaning standards are not being maintained. I would rate the cleaning just 1 star. The gentlemen on the desk was super nice and friendly, great customer service! My only issues were the room ac wasn't that great and almost no water pressure. The room had a great view. Tried the morning breakfast, hashbrowns were sadly soggy and the yougut was out of date by 2 weeks(I did point this out and it was delt with super fast

Great location close to restaurants. Good parking. Clean room and great buffet breakfast. Only complaints was uncomfortable bed- way too soft and did not sleep well and lack of shower pressure in shower.

Stayed here during Worlds competition. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was outstanding (but should have included basic coffee).

The room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. The Airconditioner was extremely noisy. We had my sons wedding to go to on Saturday in June and I did not get much sleep the night before due to us having to turn off the Aircon and we swelted as there was no fresh air. I went to my sons wedding extremely 😫 I would not recommend this hotel
