I travel for work and stayed here last week. Everything was excellent, except no hot water on the second night. Cold shower. Ok, a cold shower is not the end of the world but not what you expect from a hotel at this level and quality. The restaurant is very good but couldn't serve any hot beverage as the machine was out of service. The room I stayed in was very well appointed and comfortable.

I stayed here for three nights last week on a business trip, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are immaculate – modern, spacious, and very clean. The in-room facilities are a standout: a great cooking setup with a big fridge, plus the bonus of a washing machine and dryer. This is incredibly handy for business trips, especially in hot weather when it’s great to wash your clothes at the end of the day. The shower and bathroom facilities are excellent as well. This will definitely be my go-to accommodation when visiting Gladstone.

Great customer service and outstanding place to stay. Very clean and the only thing I can fault is the wall is a bit thin. Could hear my neighbours alarm in the morning. Other than that great location and nice size room. Highly recommended.

Had to organise a stay last minute at around 8pm the day of due to our original place being uninhabitable. Helen on the front desk helped us out and got us straight into a room. The room was big + clean. Had a washer and dryer inside with a packet of detergent. We ended up booking again for our return date as well. The front desk also organised a taxi for us both times and were able to hold our luggage for a short while after checking out.

Lovely hotel with spacious apartments, fully equipped. The restaurant has lovely food and catered well for my Gluten Free diet but has very limited wine list.
