GRAB YOUR BEST FRIEND AND GO! if you want a place where you pull up and don’t have to leave then this is the place for you. We honestly could not fault our stay. We attended the day spa, wine tasting, rooftop bar, used valet, in room dining and laid by the pool where we were treated with so much kindness and respect by all staff. We felt welcomed and amazing there. Everything was luxurious. The service from start to finish impressive. A weekend to remember! Special thank you to all the staff who looked after us everywhere we went! We can’t wait to come back!

Great 5 star hotel with everything you need. Very comfortable and high tech, stayed three days for a business trip. The biggest minus point was the lack of a door for the toilet. I checked with my colleagues and confirmed their rooms had the same issue. It just opens to the main room entrance, when you are doing your private business - very strange setup and definitely unacceptable if you are sharing the room with another person. The TV remote was the other let down. It's a Foxtel generic remote, and very difficult to get it to work, even when you are right in front of the telly. I got room service to change the batteries two times, then gave up. Which should have been a good experience turned out to be a frustration (my colleagues said the same in their rooms too). Happy to stay again when I'm in Brisbane, hope they would add doors to the toilet and replace the crappy remotes. Price for the room and for the room service (in room dining) was very good 👍. The infinity pool was inoperative, so I missed that experience.

Just WOW! Thank you so much to the Emporium team for making everything exceptional! I had the best birthday. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast. And omg the food was delicious. And not that expensive considering a 5 star hotel. So WORTH IT

We stayed here for 3 nights when we arrived in Brisbane from LA. This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were very impressive. Our room and everything we saw was very clean. We only tried the breakfast, but it was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Attended an event at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a selection of different meals to try. I had the chicken which was really nice and juicy but also firm in a good way. The dessert was a little bit too sweet for my tastes but I could see other people enjoy it. Some of the portions could be improved. Staff attending to us were very nice. Overall I was really happy with the whole experience.
