Location was fantastic as it's within minues walk to the river and the man made beach. We were travelling in a big group and was able to book 2 family rooms. The staff were nice and helpful. We were also able to secure parking through the hotel and leave our car at the nearby car parks. And because everything was so close, we didnt need to use our cars again until we leave Brisbane. The pool was small but decent and has a spa too. The breakfast options were limited but they were great options and tasty.

This is my third time staying at Mantra Southbank, and I’m so happy to be back. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Grey, who made me feel truly valued as a returning guest. The gesture of recognition and hospitality was so thoughtful and added a personal touch to my stay. The room, as always, was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it such a relaxing experience. I really appreciate the consistent level of service and care that the team puts into ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Right in the heart of South Bank Brisbane with all it has to offer. Food, fun and activities for everyone . The room was large and comfortable, the amenities were all that we needed. The hotel and room was clean and well presented. The front counter staff were attentive and helpful with all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We booked two, two bedroom apartments over the Christmas period and stayed in our room with two kids (3,1). When we arrived we were disappointed to see that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and our request for two singles and one king room hadn’t been met. My child found a Maltesers on the floor from the previous guest and tried to eat it, we also found crumbs in the cupboard where the toaster was kept and it was clear that it hadn’t been wiped. The overall room was dated and the carpet was pulling away from the floor in sections. We also found the remote to not have a cover where the batteries are stored, we requested a new one but it was never delivered to our room. Understanding that we stayed over Christmas and that this will impact per night cost, I was expecting I much nicer experience for the price we payed

Mantra Front Office team was amazing from check in to check out. They looked after us with a room upgrade and was welcomed by some wine, a cheese plate and a beautiful hand written card. The room was clean and had everything. My wife works for Accor and I worked for Mantra for 12 years. It is great to see that the Mantra brand is still going strong and providing exceptional service. I didn't get names of the reception team but the guy that checked us in was a superstar. We will be back and especially with the staff rate, it was amazing value. Cheers, Tim Malivanek
