Team members were so lovely and friendly. I apologise for forgetting the girls names. Welcome gift made us feel even more special. Room was huge, clean and comfy. I loved the iced tea in the lobby, just what we needed arriving in out of the heat. One night was not enough, we will be back soon. Parking directions could have been clearer online

This is my third time staying at Mantra Southbank, and I’m so happy to be back. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Grey, who made me feel truly valued as a returning guest. The gesture of recognition and hospitality was so thoughtful and added a personal touch to my stay. The room, as always, was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it such a relaxing experience. I really appreciate the consistent level of service and care that the team puts into ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. It was my first time staying at Mantra Southbank and I absolutely loved it. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a nice view of Southbank. The cheese platter, chocolate, red wine and welcome card were a nice touch!! Felt so appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!

Great location, clean room with very comfy beds. Plenty of restaurant options around the hotel, all in walking distance. Whilst the parking on site I thought was expensive there was a cheaper option elsewhere just not as convenient.

We booked two, two bedroom apartments over the Christmas period and stayed in our room with two kids (3,1). When we arrived we were disappointed to see that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and our request for two singles and one king room hadn’t been met. My child found a Maltesers on the floor from the previous guest and tried to eat it, we also found crumbs in the cupboard where the toaster was kept and it was clear that it hadn’t been wiped. The overall room was dated and the carpet was pulling away from the floor in sections. We also found the remote to not have a cover where the batteries are stored, we requested a new one but it was never delivered to our room. Understanding that we stayed over Christmas and that this will impact per night cost, I was expecting I much nicer experience for the price we payed
