Words cannot express the excellence of quality and service at this hotel. I happened to stay at a delicate time of my Mum passing. Every single staff member went out of their way to help me in every way possible. Nothing way too much and everyone so supportive and understanding, doing everything possible to help. The pool is gorgeous, as is the restaurant/bar. Again, every staff member went over and above to do anything to help. I have travelled the world and never received such genuine care and compassion for anything that could make my stay more comfortable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Hotel is located mins from the South Bank train station. We had the premium city and river view room, which offers great view, the night view is breathtaking. The rooftop pool is perfect to rest, which offers great view of the city and river. The steam and sauna room is also fantastic, it was very empty only us. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and will definitely come and stay for our future visits.

It's one of my favorite hotels, I loved its mini spa, the spectacular scenery of the Brisbane River with the sun rise each morning 🌄. Everything in the hotel is magnificent, for example, pressing the buttons to open curtains, lights controls next to your 🛌 bed, etc. I have never seen a hotel lift display the sea world under your feet and the walls. I give value for money 10 out of 10 rating.

Honestly a disappointing experience in the Poolside Cabana Suite. First impression was immediately negative. The carpets were very dirty, multiple large stains visible as you walk in. Clearly hasn't been steam cleaned recently. The glasswear in the bar area hadn't been cleaned in some time and there were toothpaste stains in the bathroom ones. Other issues in the room included a non functioning flush button on the toilet, balcony covering didn't operate and the windows were all very dirty. There are also no plates or cutlery in the room. Requested the room be made up on the button at about 9am but wasn't cleaned until about 3pm. Finally the loud music on the speakers outside played well past 10.30pm which is when we thought there would finally be some peace and quiet. None of these would be an issue if we weren't spending well over $1K/night. It just wasn't the premium experience we were expecting.
