Stayed here for 3 nights, our room (918) was comfortable with a great view of the city. Roughly 45-60 minute drive to the theme parks. We didn’t dine in but the menus looked fabulous. Only thing I can be nitpicky about is the bathroom felt cramped as it was on the small side.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Mia at reception gave us excellent service telling us about the free bus to city centre and showing us where to get it. Also lending us an umbrella and taking care of our luggage. Rooms were very clean with a beautiful view. Cafe/bar staff also helpful and friendly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable

Great hotel with outstanding front of house staff. We had some issues with a bag lost by Singapore Airlines at the start of our trip and having already been through three cities/hotels before we arrived in Brisbane and the airline trying to catch us up, the staff were contacted by the airline on our behalf and couldnt have been more helpful in acting as a go-between, which was completely not their job but they did it without question and were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great selection of food and helpful staff. Coffee could do with a little work. Always burned or tasted like it had been sat on a hot plate for a few hours. Special mention to the older lady on the front desk who managed to find us a taxi company to take us all the way to Australia Zoo and back, and even made sure we had enough water for the journey 😍 A little downside - we stayed for New Year's Eve. We got back from dinner at about 11pm and having done a fair bit of travelling decided that rather than walk down to the water to watch the fireworks, we would watch it from the rooftop pool/gym area. We popped up there at about 11.10pm and it looked like there was an obstructed by at least more convenient view from up there. When we went back at 11.50pm, the electronic access pad had been locked off to stop anyone going out there and we and a young family who clearly had the same idea couldn't get out there and had to watch them from our room instead. A little mean, we thought. It was no cost to the hotel to let people paying to stay, watch them from the roof.

The rooms were a good size and had luxury en suite shower rooms. The view from my room was over Rosa Street Park and was great, especially at sunset. The on site bar served good food at reasonable prices. It was nice being near a large park for morning/evening walks but it was quite a distance from the train station or main attractions in the city

We would highly recommend staying here. The room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Meals were exceptional & well priced. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
