The showers are properly hazardous. They swap between cold and scalding hot without touching the tap. The rooms feel worn out and are not clean; both the couch and chair in my room were stained and I noticed an old chip packet from a previous guest stuffed down the side of the couch was still there. The location does offer fantastic access to the conference centre so it’s a serviceable option for a conference I guess.

This hotel is rather tired, carpets need to be replaced and bathrooms are not great either. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent, noisy if you are looking for peace, but we were there for the vibe Brisbane festival was on. Drone show from hotel incredible.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation . My stay was incredibly enjoyable, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment is elegant, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff are all warm and professional. The room was spotless and well-appointed, providing a very comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location but there are no balconies and my partner smokes so it was a nightmare for him. Also no couch in our room... There was a desk and an armchair...so not great if you are not a 'couple'! But amazing for being right in the centre of Southbank Walk out the door and across the road you have the Parklands at your doorstep...it's amazing xxx

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment while attending a few days of work functions at the Brisbane Convention Centre. Great location, convenient meal options very close by, easy access to walk along the river or over the bridge straight to the Brisbane mall for shopping. The included breakfast was a choice of meals from the menu and very nice.
