Awesome place to stay. Our daughter was so happy in the water park. The food was great at the restaurant. They do happy hour at the bar. Other guests were really friendly as were staff. Special shout out to Chloe at the front desk who was extremely helpful when we wanted to make a change to our booking. This gave us good vibes from the moment we arrived.

We stayed here for 2 nights Not the cleanest place we have stayed in Cockroaches in the room and a nest eggs on the curtains. The curtains need replacing as well as some had been pulled down. It’s good for young kids with the splash park and giant pillow The putt putt is badly looked after and has loose bricks everywhere Breakfast was good although not much room to move with everyone coming at the same time. It’s great location wise not too far from the beach One of the splash parks main section was closed for some reason and there was no reason why.

Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable however I was there for 8 days and only had the room serviced once the whole time, we had towels delivered every second or third day if we were lucky but no face washers and no extra coffee or milk. The room and bed smelt damp and the Pool water was freezing. On one of the days happy hour didn't have one of the only 2 beers advertised so we had to pay $16 per glass. Happy to say we will not be back.

Actually staying at the resort while writing. Quite impressed with the clean room and our boys have enjoyed the pool areas. The water park was partly closed though and my son was hurt twice on the tube slide. Bit disappointing that the room isn't serviced. No clean cups or replaced tea or coffee. Clean towels were dropped off though but dirty ones left 🤷. Also, quite shocked when going to get a drink that the bar closes at 7.45! 😮 I'm supposed to be on holiday. So back to the room then. Would watch a movie if the WiFi actually worked. Couldn't even connect our phones to it. Won't come back.

I was very disappointed in the condition of our room. Very old and dirty couches and carpets. Walls need to be repaired and painted. I was so disappointed. My grandchildren couldn't use the water slides as they said their heads would hit the sides of the tunnels. That was one main reason why we daughters booked this hotel. 😪😪😪😪😪
