Beautiful & relaxing. Great value, clean hotel rooms. Well maintained pools with enough loungers. Amazing dolphin feeding experience. Had a very entertaining desert safari run by Pauli, even though the sand tobogganing was impacted by the weather.

Absolutely amazing!!! 😍 🤩 Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities clean and well maintained, the endless options for activities is spot on! Highly recommend the glass bottom boat tour and island lighthouse tour. Will be returning again soon!!

Awesome location for a holiday. Lots to see and do, staff are amazing. They are friendly, funny and professional. Snorkelling in the boat wrecks was amazing. Boardind down the sand dunes was awesome and quad biking around the island was great fun. Swimming in the ocean and having fish at your feet is a real treat.

I booked a holiday with this resort for my son and I but were faced with an unexpected family emergency several days prior. I requested a refund from the resort under compassionate grounds, which they declined, so I requested a credit to book for a future date, which they also declined. Booking.com then gave them a phone call to make one last final request for a date modification or a partial refund, which they declined. Anyone thinking of booking here should seriously reconsider. They are greedy and show no compassion whatsoever.

I was apprehensive after reading some bad reviews but feeding the dolphins was a bucket list item for me. We did the day trip which included glass bottom boat road and dolphin feeding with included meal vouchers. Right from the start when we arrived at the terminal the service was fantastic. I was greeted by very friendly boat crew who gave us priority boarding as we had a pram. Further more to this they had no issue with me bringing my cool cabana as carry on even though it was over sized. Service on board was exceptional and the boat crew even gave my children some yummy biscuits every time we went to the bar. I recommend sitting upstairs if you can as the view is better and very comfortable lounges. You are able to move around the boat as you please to get better views. As we left the terminal on the catamaran it was announced there would also be an additional 2500 people on the island because of a cruise ship and a huge storm predicted, this sent me into an unnecessary panic about space and ability to get food or complete planned activities. But because we had pre booked tours there were no issues there and no over crowding, plenty of space to set up for the day on the beach with our cool cabana and food and beverage service was very efficient. We were able to get ample meals with the food vouchers and food and beverages prices were surprisingly reasonable and good quality. The beach is beautiful, the resort itself is very well maintained and easy to navigate and all staff were friendly and helpful. Highlights were the beautiful beach and warm water, awesome band they had on for the day (Geed UP Band #Worst Show Ever) and watching an incredible lightening storm as we ate our dinner. The storm cleared and we were still able to go ahead with the dolphin feeding. Only negative is that time spent in the water with the dolphin wasn’t long but this is understandable as they are wild dolphins. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and next time we will actually spend a few days staying on the island to do more activities.
