When me and my family went out for lunch to this pub we were given amazing service by one particular staff member. We had a great chat and she was very friendly and a great help to us. Not only were the staff great at service but the food came out fast as well. Thank you Charli for your help and happiness!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Got 3 different steaks and all of them were cooked to perfection! Our table was served quickly and the food was fresh and fantastically seasoned! Especially the veggies they were a standout for a pub feed normally bland and undercooked but not at browns plains pub! The veggies were cooked perfectly and had a beautiful fresh seasoning with herbs and butter. Wonderful meal and great service on a particularly busy Wednesday night.

Took my partner here for her birthday. Wait staff were wonderfully nice making sure we were comfortable when ordering. Speedy service with food and beverages. Great tasting and quality of the food. Definitely recommend

Our family ate lunch there today and the establishment and meals were modern and delicious! Friendly staff , highly recommend! We haven't been to a TAB area in years and didn't realise our son wasn't allowed in the betting area at all, but they most kindly let us know and we understand that they can get fines for this (now oops), so our apologies for that! But great place for a family meal regardless! Will be back!

First time here, came here for a family lunch, some early Christmas celebration for those that were going to be out of town. The only nice thing I have to say were the staff were very friendly and nice. With no complaints when someone in the group wanted to replace something in a meal. The hotel itself was fine. However, and unsure how it got into this state, but the male toilets were down to a single working urinal. The other was overflowing on the flow, the cubical was backed up and not working. I am unsure how a food establishment can trade in those circumstances. The food was average, the chicken dry, the steaks either under or over cooked. The salads questionable. Right now I wouldn’t recommend.
