I booked a large table last minute (late on Saturday night for a Sunday lunch) for my husbands birthday. When we arrived, the staff had the table setup with balloons etc, much more than I expected. Food was wonderful, staff were great, play area was perfect and clean. Love that it was shaded as well. They also had an arts and crafts station setup for the kids as well, very family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Went for lunch with my husband and 2 year old. Very family friendly , the enclosed play area is suitable for toddlers and children , well setup and clean. Food was great and reasonably priced - good serving size. Food came out hot , but not burning so great temp for the whole family and was pretty quick to come out. The staff were amazing, a special thank you to Adam and Jodie who helped us find a water bottle accidentally left behind .

Have had 5 days and nights at the Hotel Motel rooms. They are clean and tidy, the meals are excellent fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly courteous very happy and willing to help in any way. Staff are amazing, the staff that have stood out to me are Tam, Kenzie, Mary, and Adam. Always smiling and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back. Staff are friendly and helpful in customer service. Food is good. Karaoke hosts are generally good. But tonight with new trainee host not so good as it too long setting up and getting the show started. And then once the karaoke got going I found myself waiting for ages just to get to do my first song all because of the trainee host skiped me and put other singers ahead of me. Also didn't appreciate being put so far down on the rotation list when I should have been straight after the very first singer. Karaoke host and running the show needs much improvement otherwise I will not be returning if changes are not made by the backstage karaoke company.
