Overall, a wonderful property! The rooms are modern and comfortable, and while some of the common areas feel slightly dated, it’s nothing major. The location is fantastic—very walkable and convenient. I did notice a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t anything too disruptive. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The cocktails by the pool were absolutely delicious, and the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything about this place made us feel relaxed and welcomed. I would definitely come back again without hesitation!

Everything was amazing except for the service of one staff member, an old man at counter was so rude. didn’t greet us when we walked up to check out, i told him i had used some of the water and he just snapped ‘$4’ and then just stood there without giving me the card machine to actually pay for it. When we were going down in the elevator my friends and i had forgotten something in our room so one quickly ran to our room which was right across from the elevator, so we were trying to keep the elevator open so they could get in and the old man came storming over saying loudly ‘what are you guys doing, stop messing around, you’re going down’ and got in the elevator, pressed the ground floor and then got out. Everything else about the Benson was lovely but the service from that worker really upset me and my friends. Another small problem with the rooms we had is the aircon only goes to 21 and it was so hot in there

Great reception, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all the attractions. You are within walking distance to most attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean and looks as if they have been freshly updated.

Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, great staff and excellent location central to all you need. Contacted the hotel directly and they matched the advertised price on Booking.com, this allowed me to choose my room and pay at the hotel. I accidentally left my sunglasses in my room after checking out and the Amy and her manager promptly found them and arranged postage. This is my new go to hotel!
