⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5 Stars) This place is like dating someone with a great personality but zero chemistry—you want to love it, but something’s just… off. The staff? Incredible. They treated us like royalty, remembered our names, and made the whole experience feel special. If good service could fill my stomach, I’d leave stuffed. But unfortunately, I had to rely on the food, which was… underwhelming, to say the least. For the price, I expected fireworks in my mouth. Instead, I got a mildly interesting sparkler that fizzled out way too soon. The flavours weren’t bad, just not ‘sell-a-kidney’ level amazing. Would I come back? Maybe—for the people, not the plate.

Great food. Excellent service. Great decor. Easy access. Too expensive. We'd come way more often if the food was reasonably priced compared to every other club within 10km.

This evening and last Tuesday afternoon I visited the Carindale Hotel for a meal. I am a university student and the $10 off your meal offer during October on the Pass app is very helpful for someone on a budget. Ben (manager) and his staff work extremely hard to deliver excellent customer service and meals in an extremely large venue. Every time I visit, Ben always smiles and makes feel welcomed into the establishment, this is the essence of hospitality. I should know, I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Plus, he is very attentive and genuinely polite to each customer he encounters. I always enjoy my meal at the end of a long day at uni. The kitchen staff work very hard to deliver lovely, affordable meals. I like that this hotel supports local talent like BrisQuiz trivia on Tuesday nights, definitely worth going if you haven't tried it before. Cheers, Erin 🌸

Had a Great Father's Day lunch. Fantastic Service. Was quite busy but didn't have to wait long. Great food. Coffee needs a bit of work. We enjoyed Rump Steak, Chicken Schnitzel and Calamari. All cooked to perfection. Thanks.

We had such a great experience at the restaurant. We all had amazing meals; they were served quickly and were delicious. The service, however, was above and beyond. The man (not sure his name unfortunately) who was wearing a pink and white lined shirt was super nice and went above and beyond the whole night. We had international friends at the table and when he realised this, gave them a Freddo frog as a little Australian treat. Super great night, thanks to all the staff!
