Sam and his team organized the most fabulous party for our daughter’s birthday. The kids were looked after so well by the party hosts, Lilla and Karzha so the parents were able to also enjoy some relaxing bowling time. Each one from the team managed every little request beautifully, with the party host going beyond the minimal ask. We will surely be back. Thank you team!

I had an amazing birthday party! The package was totally worth the money my parents paid for. My friends and I had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, especially Lainey, our party host. She was with us throughout the event, patiently explaining the rules and policies. Lainey also made sure our food was taken care of. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable celebration! Thank you again Kingpin Westfield Chermside Team!

Kingpin Chermside is an AMAZING place for any party. Sam is a phenomenal party host and is extremely kind, respectful, helpful and accommodating. I have never had a Party Host that has been as wonderful as Sam. I will definitely have every party I plan at Kingpin Chermside because of Sam. ALL of the party helpers were also absolutely AMAZING to work with. Kian was the most helpful party helper I have ever worked with. He came out in the pouring rain and got soaking wet to help me get the cake out of the car. His manners and the way he approaches the guests is second to none! I also would like to tell you what a phenomenal job Mark did as the Store Manager. He not only helped me organise the party for over an hour the day before the party but literally helped me hang signs at the last minute to help me finish decorating in time. I would also like to provide you the names of the 3 other party helper that were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Colin, Mali and Kazan (I am not sure about the spelling?) are the best helpers anyone could ask for. They helped me to set up my decorations and were wonderful with all of the children and parent guests. They even helped me load bags back to my car in the rain after the party! “WOW!” is all I can say regarding the staff at Chermside Kingpin. I truly hope this helps you understand what a great team they have there. The food and atmosphere is amazing as well!!! Everyone, including my party contact, Stephan, were such wonderful hosts and have been so extremely accommodating and supportive of all of all of my needs and the needs of the parents and children attending the party. Again, this party was all because of the Kingpin Chermside. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our impromptu dart date today at Chermside! The staff were incredible and friendly, especially Tori who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. We’ve just moved back into the area and had no idea this activity was here, but now we do we will definitely be back, and will bring a bigger group
