Outstanding service from all the bar staff, they really do go above and beyond! They incredibly helpful, attentive. The food was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the bar seemed understaffed, which led to longer wait times during peak hours. However, the friendly service from the team always makes up for it. Would definitely recommend! Huge shout out to, Ethan, Amberley, Addy and Cindy who always do a fantastic job.

A coat of paint doesn't mean you have to raise the prices. I been travelling to this hotel for years and have Christmas with my daughters. Some times 2 or 3 times a year over the past 5yrs. I arrived there for the 24 Christmas to be told our room renovations booked back in April/May had changed. The Manager inform us that bookings are never garinteed The room was empty for three days. Also spoke with the family who had booked the 2 rooms, one family paid double to the other. I've gotten to know the locals and have had some fun. Their great locals. I might not go back.

Always understaffed. Sort your drinks out early. Don't bother lining up at the bar. Mains come out before entrees. Good kids play area at least.

Booked Christmas lunch for my family. Paid over $600. What a load of garbage! I should have got a takeaway and eaten it in a bus stop! Service was lousy. Food was old, dry, stale, cold, uninspired. Really ripped off. I've run busy pubs and restaurants in my career and it is blatantly obvious this place needs a serious upgrade in management. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. You have been warned........!!

Room was very noisy especially when our drunk neighbour arrived in the middle of the night and tried getting into our room. When he moved onto his room next door proceed to talk loudly for the next few hours keeping us awake. Dinner was okay but only having one bar person on we had to wait for ages to get a drink. Drinks were also very expensive.
