I had the brisket beef roll and it was excately what I was craving. It was great, would recommend just for that.

The Russell Tavern has a lovely ambience; was nice, cozy & heated; the bar & restaurant staff were all friendly, happy & helpful; the menu offers a range of meals & the decor is nice & welcoming.

The bar has 12 x beers on tap + cocktails, wines etc.

The location of the Tavern is in the middle of town (Dalby) & was easy to find.

Stopped by on our way back to Fraser Coast,ended up coming for both lunch and dinner!! Amazing service,delicious food and relaxing atmosphere 👌  Decor is also very warm and inviting.  Highly recommend

Always made to feel welcome and greeted with kindness by Tracey, Gabrielle, Imogen, gentleman working today (not nathan) and nathan himself.
Drinks are a good price and the food is fantastic, eapecially the chicken oscar when on menu...and you can trust the kitchen here.

Christmas Lunch Buffet was a delicious generous meal and great value for money.
Thank you to all staff who worked to make our Christmas Day enjoyable.
