Went to the hotel for lunch with good friends that live in Bli Bli was very exticed as our friends rated it ordered our lunch notice there was a tables set across from us.which was a well know international rugby side Our meals arrived and everybody's was ok except mine l which was beer battered fish and chips.Which was inedible the fish had a blood line right through it and was so thin it was like rubber .over cook. I told the waitress she said has to get the Manger. I. Waited for 10 minutes he didn't come so l went to find him .I approached him and explained about my meal and his response was you have to wait l have a function l Waited another half a hour he was walking pass me all the time but wouldn't even make eye contact with me. All he had to do was acknowledge me and l would have been happy. But he literally hid in the kitchen from me and had no intention of coming to speak to me .Everybody finished there meals and he still hasn't approached me. My friend had to go and insist he come and speak to me as he was not going to acknowledge me at all. l really felt that l was nothing he was to busy rallying around the rugby players and my issue was ignored. sorry for the monologue but l really hope the owners read this as l live in Bribie Island and I wont be recommending this hotel No response from owner very disappointed obviously not that worried about my concerns just as long as other people were looked after

Took 20 clients for lunch here today and couldn’t have asked for a better day. Great food and EXCELLENT service. Amazing hospitality. Highly recommend.

Went to eat at the restaurant. Terrible experience. Macca's does chips better, and I hate McDonald's chips. The $42 steak was tiny and cooked rare when we asked for medium. The almost non existent salad amounted to 2 tablespoons. No value for money at all. Got a refund on one of our meals as it made me sick to try and eat such rare steak. We thought we were the only patrons because it was only 5.45pm when we arrived, but probably because of the terrible quality.
