I left my large bag full of clothes in the motel room. The lovely staff especially one of the managers, Nieve, went out of her way to send my bag from the PO to Cairns as soon as I contacted her. Talk about fantastic country hospitality. The staff were so polite and professional the whole 3 days we were there. I will definitely always stay here while in Emerald.

We had an amazing meal here the staff Olivia and torrent were so accomadating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was well priced and tasted amazing thanks guys

Dimity was a legend! Excellent bar service and food running. Very fast and efficient! Staff all around were really nice and helpful the atmosphere was great but now to the downfalls what just dampens the all over experience in this place the 5 star rating is only due to the great time I constantly have Now in the rooms you have bathrooms from around 50 years ago Water pressure dramas and just not a great place to clean up after a day at work the aircon s are out dated and in desperate condition for retirement now again I am here nearly weekly but Only to the conditions that the staff makes up for the down falls of to tired owners to relays with upgrades and bettering your establishment you will build a better reputation and more happier customers and return business

Had a meal here on a Friday night. It was busy so the venue was noisy and bar service a little slow. Staff were friendly and attentive. I liked the menu and the fact that they catered to seniors. The meal was delivered in an acceptable time, was well presented and a generous portion. The waitress checked in on us mid meal and cleared the dishes when we were finished. I will certainly return and possibly add to our regular list.
