I celebrated my birthday there with my girls and it was such a great place to have it! The place is small and intimate, the cocktails were so good, and the staff were so attentive and lovely. It started raining so they brought us blankets and moved the tables for us. We had the best time thank you Cieloooo!

The manager Jared and the bar staff Jose and Jenny were absolutely awesome. Looked after our table and felt at home. One of the best venues for customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I have just left Cielo rooftop bar with my family and friends with the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We showed up at the right time with a booking. They were not only unprepared with no table to put us but then put us in a squished walk way which would have been fine if we had intended to sit and just have drinks but we were there to have dinner. One of the ladies I was with asked if we could move to the middle of the bench seats so that we weren’t at the end of the walkway. This server was immediately extremely rude “well I will have to see if there is a booking there”. My friend expressed why we didn’t get a dedicated table when we had a booking. “We just have to put people where we can fit them.” Then went on to say “I will just go kick people out.” I could not believe the attitude that she was speaking with. My friend did not talk down to this girl but was simply asking a question. We then decided that as nice as the place was it was not worth it after we have already had a negative experience that has now made us all on edge. As we left I expressed to another server that we were leaving because the lady was very rude and the customer service was appalling. We still thanked them for there time. As we are getting into the elevator she followed us and said “that’s fine we don’t serve rude customers here anyway.” I couldn’t believe the audacity, I expressed that we simply asked a question and expressed our disappointment with how it was unorganised. She went on and on at us whilst in the elevator “you were rude to me first, well how old even are you?” Very disappointed and disgusted with this service of this one worker.

Ebony became our favourite waitress of the night. She took care of us, provide us blankets and also made sure that we were warm and cozy from the cold weather. She's very friendly and maintained good conversation with all the guests Aside from that, the drinks are better than expected however the food is alright. Hats off to Ebony, she made our night better!
