This was a great place but entry staff are over zealous and a tad power crazed. Some of the security’s manner was indifferent and they could have been more friendly and polite. The venue is small and crowded. God forbid there’s an emergency there. It would be chaos trying to get out and organise people. Music is good but the DJ could mix the songs damage better.

Organised for my uni club to have retro as our final destination just before Easter break and the organisation from the event team was immaculate. The events team was extremely helpful in telling us about our options for our event, and very kindly provided us with some extra benefits. The staff on the night were all extremely helpful and kind to our group, and the atmosphere was fantastic as usual.

Great range of music, good shots, and fun dance floor. Has a fantastic vibe and is a great place to dance with other fun people. Bartenders were good at serving everyone quickly even when busy. Special shout out to the security guy near the DJ on Sat night - he reacted when needed but was otherwise pretty chill and helped to create a good atmosphere.

Great music. I wish they let the good songs last longer than the 30 seconds that must appeal to the short attention span but I'll take what I can get. The place is extra loud but has an outside area where you can recharge and sit and watch the crowds pass. I think it was $25 entry and about $14 for a bottle of beer.

Inconsistent enforcement of wearing hats at the bar , biased on skin color, bunch of white people wearing hats inside the club and am sitting here on the balcony and getting picked on by the bouncers/security here....there is no etiquette or dress code visible yet bunch of security with big egos doing their thing. Bar next door patrons allowed to wear hats no problem. Regret spending couple hundred bucks at this otherwise good place.
