This is a fantastic co-working space! The internal and surrounding amenities provide everything you could need in one place with great places for food/coffee within walking distance. Special mention to Eamon and Clare for making the experience at the Ann Street branch so inviting, and I won't hesitate to recommend Workspace 365 to anyone looking for flexible yet scalable commercial accommodations. P.S. I love my standing desk :D

I love working from this space! It's bright and fresh without being stupidly trendy. Small offices have windows, rare in the serviced office world, and are a decent size. There's lots of breakout areas and phone rooms where you can take yourself off to focus. The kitchen area has a great balcony - so nice to have lunch outside. Staff are amazing - friendly and super-helpful. So glad we moved here!

Brand new, modern facility with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day business operation. Spectacularly designed, yet functional, the spacious offices feature a green outlook, security and high-quality furnishings. The staff are amazingly helpful, respectful of your business and on-hand whenever needed. The communal areas, extensive kitchen and a variety of meeting rooms top off a fantastic facility.

Workspace365 offer a variety of modern and beautifully presented spaces which works perfectly for start ups and established businesses alike. The team go out of their way to make you, your team and your clients feel welcome and looked after. Having worked from multiple serviced offices in the past Workspace365 offices are larger than normal and the overall community feel is better. So much more than a co-working space!


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Peace of mind guarantee

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 2 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 2 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
