Amazing experience at this hotel. I had a couple of issues with noisy guests waking me during the night. The manager was amazing and so empathic which means the world when your so tired. I received a free upgrade to a club suite on the top floor as well as a couple of complimentary drinks. Was great customer service. Also, I had trouble zipping up my dress for a formal dinner. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me out. Again, amazing customer service that lots of hotels do not provide. The bar staff next to the pool also great customer service. The breakfast was average but again, the staff were very attentive which is what a hotel experience is about for me. The beds are very comfortable as well. The team at this hotel are exceptional and obviously follow a great leader. Highly recommend.

Arrived late in the evening and check in was made easy with helpful reception staff. However, the $30 parking fee was unexpected..... Got up to the room which appeared to be clean for the most part. The bathroom unfortunately was tired. The shower was manageable but I can't imagine someone taller being able to shower comfortably as the space was confined at best. Not to mention the slipping hazard....On our first evening, we had our two visits from the cockroaches who appeared to be getting in through a gap in the floor. We stuffed tissue into the gap to prevent anymore access for the critters. There was substantial mould in the bathroom area and behind the curtains unfortunately. Overall, the staff very very helpful, especially the breakfast staff who were very helpful and kind. The location is great - close to surfers paradise and the view from our room was amazing!

This was our second stay at the Vibe Hotel Gold Coast, having previously stayed for a week in February 2024 and again in March 2025. While we did encounter some minor issues on both occasions, the staff were incredibly professional, prompt, and accommodating in resolving them. During our most recent stay, our air conditioning wasn’t working, but the team acted efficiently and swiftly moved us to a new room on the same level with the same view, which we really appreciated. We love the suite and everything it has to offer—the daily breakfast inclusion is a fantastic touch. When booking, we were meant to receive a wine and platter on arrival, but unfortunately, due to a system issue, this couldn’t be provided. However, we completely understand that this was beyond the staff’s control. The pool, spa area, and Driftwood Social are also highlights—beautifully relaxing and reasonably priced. Overall, we highly recommend the Vibe Hotel Gold Coast and will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay. Overall was pleasant. Most staff were nice. Buffet breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy and housekeeping were accommodating to our requests when we needed something. There was an old, large spiderweb on the outside balcony door which turned us off though. Pool area was acceptable, with a good size outdoor spa. Although we experienced that if we wanted to swim in the evening, and have some peace and quiet, that wasn't possible, as there was a group of males who were loud and hogged the pool area, which ruined our moment for some quiet time, which was a shame. Bathroom is dated, with the shower being inside the bathtub, so if you're older, you would find it a struggle getting in and out. We had no problem though. When we checked out, the male staff member didn't bother to ask us how our stay was, which we found rude and unprofessional, as usually when one checks out, that's a standard question and rule working in the Hospitality industry. Look, we had a nice time overall and made the most of our holiday stay, but if you were to ask me if we'd stay here again, the answer would be a quick answer - No.

I would like to thank Vibe for being the nicest people in the world and letting me cancel without financial penalty (as per the booking website rules) when my elderly Mum who I was taking there for a treat became unwell. They did not have to do this, so I can tell you they are very nice people. One feature I would like to highlight is that they have a guest operated laundry at a very reasonable price (cheaper than street laundromats) and will sort change for you. I rang them and confirmed this. The place Mum and I had been staying further down the coast before Mum took ill had no laundry and we desperately needed to do some, though our plans of course got stymied. I will definitely be staying at Vibe next time while on the coast due to their lovely helpful reception and guest laundry! 🏖️
