It's on loud car street, even at 2am. Can hear neighbours very easy. Showers not for tall people over 6 foot tall. Good for being close to the Surfers Paradise beach, food, and shopping. Staff were friendly.

My stay at Vibe Hotel was a dreamy 10-night retreat. The breathtaking water view from our balcony made each sunset a serene experience. The breakfast buffet was a feast of high-quality offerings, catering to every taste. Downstairs, Driftwood Social Dining was a highlight, with its scenic charm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for dining and unwinding. I highly recommend Vibe Hotel for its picturesque setting, superb breakfast selection, and the blissful ambiance of Driftwood Social Dining. It's a haven for relaxation and enjoyment, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

Not a 4 star hotel at ALL. We spent 7 nights there. Could not have one good night sleep. Lots of noise was coming from outside and inside. Breakfast didn't have many options and they served the same thing everyday. Lift kept getting broken for two days. And we had to wait for long time. Room keepers were not that professional and didn't even change the bed sheets for once during our stay. Only stuff were so so nice and friendly.

While the location was good and staff were friendly, the experience lacked efficiency, calmness, and polish, feeling more like a 2.5/3 star stay. My 15th-floor room smelled musty, and I had to keep the balcony open to manage the smell, leading to noise and discomfort. The room, though clean, felt dated and lacked basic comforts like a coffee machine or comfortable seating. Room service wasn’t available past 7:30pm, and no hotel information or menu was available. Check-in was a long wait and then rushed, missing usual pleasantries. Despite being promised a bottle of wine on arrival, I had to ask for it later, and it was handed over unchilled. Late check-out was granted by one staff member but overlooked the next day, leading to an awkward situation. The pool had potential, but noise and fumes from adjacent speed boat tour company ruined the ambiance. While the poolside QR codes were convenient, the full bar menu was not available which forced trips to the bar if you wanted a cocktail, undermining the convenience. Overall, it felt like a budgeted, bare-minimum experience.

Vibe is a 3.5 star property close to Surfer's Paradise. The pros: across the road from shops and restaurants, super convenient and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, service is friendly and welcoming. The cons, if you look closely, the bathroom was in need of a bit of maintenance. The biggest issue was if you have a room that faces the road, it is very noisy. Every time a car honks or a truck goes by it feels like it's just outside your window.
