Firstly Sara from reception deserve 8 stars. Beautiful friendly hopeful service and after a long drive with kids, she made the whole settling in so smooth. Honestly I have been in and out hotels but this lady makes our whole stay worth while. I would recommend it highly for Christmas and new year break. I am even thinking about extending. Rooms faces river and my kids are jumping out of joy and happiness 😊 lastly, Thank you so much Sara we wish you happy holidays and great life ahead 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

First time staying here was not great but the staff were very accommodating when things didn't go right and we decided to come back and stay again. To which the second time was a lot better. Room was better, service was better and food was better. Would stay again as it's great value for money. Definitely not perfect. But was still a nice stay.

amazing hotel. placed right near the centre of surfers paradise. walking distance to most attractions and shops. staff were extremely welcoming. rooms are a good size with a balcon. pool, restaurant and bar all located onsite

Great hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and modern and a really great size. We had an ocean view with a balcony that was really nice. Would recommend to stay here

Had an amazing stay at this place for two nights. Very close to the beach and other shops. Staff were friendly and the services was quiet quick. Love the experience I had and definitely gonna visit the hotel next time I go to gold coast. Cheers
